Capítulo 92: **Chapter 93: If I Had the Mori Mori Fruit**

"It's unbelievable! You wouldn't even think there was a battle here not too long ago."

Garp looked at the bustling harbor in surprise.

People were moving all sorts of supplies onto the island, one ship after another.

The people on this island were all smiling, with no trace of the aftermath of a great battle.

This made Garp somewhat astonished and impressed by the king of this place.

At the very least, the king seemed to prioritize the rebuilding of the nation.

"Vice Admiral Garp, shall we meet with the Warlord next?"

The adjutant standing beside him asked.

"No, no! Let's take a good look around this country first."

Garp waved his hand, a hint of curiosity on his face.

He wanted to see if this guy was the same type as Doflamingo.

If he was, Garp would definitely make a note of it.

After all, Garp was getting old now!

Since the incident with Pirate King Roger, he hadn't really gotten involved much.

Besides, this was a Warlord's country; he couldn't act recklessly without permission.

"Understood!"

The adjutant followed behind Garp as they began to stroll around Dressrosa.

As they walked, they noticed several disputes.

These were mostly the aftermath of Doflamingo's actions.

After all, Doflamingo had caused quite a few people to be cheated on.

But every time something happened, members of the Uchiha Police Force quickly showed up to stop it.

The Uchiha Police Force caught Garp's attention; they seemed like an army.

But their eyes were different from normal people—blood-red, similar to what Tsuru had described before.

Could it be some kind of racial ability?

This reminded Garp of a few almost extinct races.

Maybe this family was like those nearly extinct races too.

Garp chuckled and made a mental note of it, continuing to stroll down the street.

He had never been to Dressrosa before, and there were quite a few new things here.

For example, a ramen shop called Ichiraku Ramen.

It seemed to be popular with a group of ninjas, who frequently visited.

Garp joined in, ordering a simple bowl of ramen.

Garp had a puzzled look on his face. He had thought these people were exchanging information.

But it turned out they were really just there to eat ramen.

But then again, it made sense!

They were all from the same place, so why would they need to come here to exchange information?

"Let's keep moving."

Garp wiped his mouth and stood up from the ramen shop.

His adjutant hurriedly stepped forward to pay.

"By the way, do you know where the Senju clan is?"

Suddenly recalling something, Garp asked directly.

"???"

Teuchi was a bit dumbfounded, his actions frozen in the air, unsure how to respond.

These people were probably here to gather intelligence, right?

But…

Is this how you gather intelligence?

Just directly ask them?

This left Teuchi at a loss for words.

This guy's personality was a bit like Might Guy from Konoha.

Both were straightforward, not appearing to have any bad intentions.

"You're looking for Lady Tsunade, right? She's in the casino up ahead."

"She was eating here just yesterday, so she probably hasn't lost all her money yet."

Ayame casually pointed in a direction.

She didn't care what Garp was up to.

"Thanks."

Garp didn't find anything strange about this and thanked her as he headed in the direction Ayame pointed.

As for the adjutant beside him, he was already used to it.

Others might not know, but Garp had even asked pirates for directions before.

This sort of thing was pretty much standard Garp behavior by now.

"Wait? He doesn't suspect anything?"

Teuchi watched Garp walk away, somewhat shocked.

It felt like he was seeing a version of Might Guy.

Doesn't he have even a little suspicion?

"Probably not! Besides, Dad, you need to start preparing my dowry. Lord Reijin is advocating for three children now, so I need to get ready to find a boyfriend."

Ayame said as she held a spoon, patting Teuchi on the back.

"It's way too early for that. You're only eight years old. There's no way I'm letting you find a boyfriend. You have to be eighteen to get married here."

Teuchi's face instantly turned green as he sternly replied.

If any boy dared to touch the cabbage he had worked so hard to raise, he would risk everything to stop it.

"Girls these days are maturing so quickly. They're already planning their weddings. Speaking of which, could the idea of having three kids be implemented in the Navy?"

Garp mumbled as he chewed on some snacks, listening to the conversation behind him.

That bowl of ramen earlier had only filled the gap between his teeth; it didn't really satisfy him.

You could say that the shop was nice, but the portions were too small.

"They say the king here leads by example and actively promotes it."

"If you wanted to promote it, Vice Admiral Garp..."

The adjutant began to speak, only to be interrupted by Garp's hand.

Garp's face turned green.

Him, lead by example?

Would that be appropriate?

No matter how you look at it, it just didn't seem right.

He decided to pretend this conversation never happened.

When they reached the place Ayame had pointed out, Garp immediately recognized the so-called Tsunade.

Here's an American English translation of the text:

---

The main issue was that the opponent had such a strong presence; they were sitting at the card table, playing around.

Garp was looking around and noticed someone going all-in.

In an instant, they lost, and Garp furiously accused them of cheating.

This reminded Garp of what Iris said about not losing all their money.

Turns out, this guy is just a terrible player with a big gambling problem.

How could the Navy take someone like this in? It just didn't seem right.

Garp thought about stepping in but decided to just watch for now.

"Only 10,000 Berries left! Will it be big or small?"

Tsunade nervously watched the roulette wheel in front of her, sweating in her palms.

She wasn't faking it; Tsunade was genuinely nervous now.

After all, this was the last bit of money Shizune had given her.

If she wanted to keep playing, she'd have to wait until next month.

Shizune wouldn't get paid again until then.

"Hmm, I think it'll be big," Garp said from behind her after thinking for a moment.

He didn't use Observation Haki, just his gut feeling.

Using Haki would be cheating, and Garp wasn't that low.

"Big? I'm sure it'll be small," Tsunade snapped back, still undecided.

She was a bit annoyed that someone dared to tell her what to do.

She glanced at his Navy uniform and rolled her eyes.

"It should be big!"

Garp said confidently, munching on some snacks.

"It's small! Old man, since you think it's big, why don't we make a deal? If it's small, you owe me 100,000 Berries. I'll bet this round for you."

Tsunade looked at Garp with a sly grin.

"Deal!"

Garp nodded without a care.

Tsunade quickly tossed her last 10,000 Berries on the table.

When the dice were revealed, Garp had won.

Tsunade, looking like a defeated rooster, slumped and left the casino.

She had just blown through Shizune's salary for the month, and now she'd have to wait another month for her next chance at fun.

Unfortunately, no one in Dressrosa would give her a loan.

Otherwise, Tsunade could've kept playing.

"What's up? Planning to follow me to the hot springs?"

Tsunade asked as she walked into an alley, noticing Garp still following her.

She clenched her fist, curious about this old man's strength.

"No, no! I just heard you're from the Senju clan, and the Navy is interested in recruiting you. If now's not a good time, we can talk later."

Garp bluntly shared what was on his mind.

He was intrigued by this "Senju" name.

What did it represent? Did this clan possess some powerful abilities?

Garp was very interested.

"You probably haven't dealt with Raijin, huh? That guy wouldn't let me leave Dressrosa easily."

"As for the Senju clan, I'm pretty much the last one. But if you want to hear more, let's grab a drink at the tavern."

Tsunade said lazily.

Garp didn't refuse, and they headed to a tavern.

It was a place run by the Leaf Village, where Tsunade could get food and drinks for free just by showing her face.

Other places didn't offer such perks, only those run by the Leaf Village.

"I'm guessing you heard about the Senju from that Raijin kid, right? Makes sense; only the Uchiha ever considered us real rivals."

Tsunade said, downing a mug of beer as she started to tell Garp the story.

The Senju clan had once been rivals with the Uchiha clan.

The two clans fought for over a thousand years, always at war.

About fifty years ago, the Uchiha's ancestor was defeated, and the two clans made peace.

But a lot happened between then and now, leaving Tsunade as the only Senju left, at least publicly.

"Hm? Back then, could the Uchiha ancestor also summon that thousand-meter-tall giant?"

Garp asked curiously, feeling the intensity of the story.

Even though Tsunade didn't know all the details, this thousand-year battle shocked Garp.

He couldn't believe there was such a place in the world.

"You're probably talking about the Uchiha clan's Susanoo. That Uchiha was even stronger than Raijin, by more than just a little."

"But my grandfather had even greater power; he once defeated that Uchiha Madara with the Wood Release!"

Tsunade chuckled, remembering how her grandfather, Hashirama Senju, used to play with her when she was a child. Even after all these years, she couldn't forget.

"Wood Release?"

Garp muttered to himself. He had learned a bit about these ninjas before coming here.

He had only heard of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning styles.

Wood Release was new to him.

"That's right! Wood Release is the only thing that can truly counter Uchiha's Susanoo."

"Great power can only be balanced by even greater power."

Tsunade continued, describing how the Wood Release could dominate Susanoo.

Garp's face twitched at the thought.

What kind of battle would that be?

How come he had never heard of such powerful figures before?

What other strong people might still be out there in the world?

Garp kept using Observation Haki to monitor Tsunade throughout the conversation.

She didn't say a single lie.

Everything she said was true.

That means...

This Raijin Uchiha kid also has the power to destroy an entire island?

It seems like even Smoker's evaluation of him was too low.

Someone like that is dangerous enough to be compared to Whitebeard.

"But sadly, my blood is too diluted to use Wood Release!"

"The only one who can activate Wood Release now is this guy."

Tsunade said with regret, calling over a young man who walked up to her.

His face looked blank, and his eyes were devoid of any light, as if his emotions had been wiped away.

This made Garp narrow his eyes.

Could it be that Raijin Uchiha is creating soldiers?

"This is the only one left who can use Wood Release."

"Unfortunately, his Wood Release has no real power."

Tsunade looked at Yamato with some disappointment.

Even with her grandfather's ninjutsu, Yamato could barely manage to build houses.

He'd be out of chakra after just a few buildings.

He didn't even have one percent of her grandfather's strength.

He was practically useless.

"Could you show me?"

Garp was curious about the power of Wood Release.

He wanted to see how strong it was against Susanoo.

"Let's find an open space."

Tsunade thought for a moment, then grabbed her drink and headed outside.

Garp's aide quickly paid the bill and followed them.

At an open space, Yamato performed his house-building jutsu.

Garp was amazed.

At the very least, Yamato had maxed out his survival skills.

He wouldn't have to worry about not having a ship in the sea.

"If I had the Mori Mori no Mi (Forest Forest Fruit), I might be able to restore the Senju clan to its former glory, bringing them back to the world."

Tsunade sighed as she watched Yamato's jutsu, feeling a bit down.

According to Raijin, the Mori Mori no Mi could indeed reach Hashirama's level of power.

But how much would depend on how well it was developed.

"Mori Mori no Mi?"

Garp's interest was piqued, and he became even more intrigued by Tsunade.

Whether she was deliberately sent by Raijin or not didn't matter.

The Navy could always use someone like Tsunade.

As long as she did her job, that's all that mattered!

Later, it would be up to Sengoku to handle her!

"Why not join the Navy? We can help you find this Mori Mori no Mi."

"The Navy? You think you can get me out of here? Just you, old man?"

"Haha, I'm not so old that I can't move! I'll have a chat with Raijin, and I'm sure he'll agree."

Garp laughed, realizing from his conversation with Tsunade that…

It seemed many people didn't like Uchiha; they just stayed quiet because they were scared.

And Tsunade was who they hoped would defeat Raijin Uchiha and bring the country under Senju rule.

The Navy taking Tsunade away was probably what Raijin Uchiha wanted.

It would get rid of a problem for him.

Raijin must have known everything that was going on, yet he didn't show up. There must be a reason for that.

As for why Raijin brought Tsunade here…

That wasn't for Garp to worry about.

That was for Sengoku and Tsuru to discuss and plan.

Even if there was a conspiracy, that was their job to consider.

As a semi-retired Vice Admiral, Garp didn't have that kind of responsibility.

His job was just to bring Tsunade back.

"Then let's see if you've got what it takes."

Tsunade suddenly shrugged off her coat and stomped hard on the ground.

She launched herself into the air and came crashing down on Garp with a kick.

"Nice attitude!"

Garp's eyes lit up as he wrapped his arms in Haki and swung them at Tsunade.

The raw power surprised even Garp.

The two clashed fiercely in the open space.

The ground trembled under
