"Ah, it's cold!" Anastasia rubbed her arms as the temperature in the car dropped. She had forgotten to refill her tank earlier, so to conserve fuel, she turned off the engine. The chilly weather was worsened by the sudden downpour of rain, making her feel even more uncomfortable.

"Okay, let's just turn on the heater for a while, just for a bit," she muttered to herself, her lips trembling from the cold. After starting the engine, she glanced at the house, which was still brightly lit. "He must be sleeping, right?" she sighed, noticing the clock had already turned to ten in the evening.

Eventually, sleepiness washed over her, but she worried about dozing off with the engine running. She decided to turn the car off again. The rain had stopped, but the weather remained chilly, so she cracked the windows slightly to let in some fresh air, feeling suffocated by the heavy emotions weighing on her.
