Left Chancellor Li Zhao was surprised because of how the empress planned his son's wedding ceremony with his apprentice, Yun He.

"Are we invited if it's the immediate family for safety?" Uncle Pei Xuan asks.

My wife looks at Li Jin and his father. "If the two of you can travel in the given time, then you are invited. I also want to invite Song Qin and Song Jialun if it's okay with you, son, and to Her Highness," Uncle Li Zhao stated.

My wife smiled and nodded. "No problem with me," she replied.

The conversation had ended. Li Jin and Pei Qin walk their father out. My dad looks at the princess before he leaves.

"Don't worry, father. I'll only torture him when needed!" she roars.

My father raises his hand and waves for a moment. I blink and laugh. The empress held my hand and dragged me away.

We exit through the opposite door of Taiji Hall and return to our chambers.
