We all bow our heads while holding our fingers. Eunuch Liu arrives holding the decree that the empress sent in our manor.

After that conversation I have with the empress, I'm already expecting Eunuch Liu's arrival. He opens the verdict and speaks.

"A message from the empress is hereby declared as follows: It is decreed that Lady Yang shall assume the esteemed position of household manager of the Pei Qin's manor." Eunuch Liu halts and looks at us.

"She will be trained according to the royal family's rules to become a future concubine of royal consort Pei Qin. Lady Yang Hua will thus be moved into the palace after two days. Thus it is decreed. Let it be carried out without any delay," Eunuch Liu added.

He steps forward. I raise my hands and receive the empress's imperial decree.

"Your servant will carry out the Empress's command without fail. Long live the empress!" we said in chorus.
