While Marquis Cedric and his wife were in the middle of their quiet argument, Vritra glanced around the room, with Butler Neron standing tall and stern behind him.

"So, where are Esme and Ghislaine?" Vritra asked casually.

Neron gave a slight bow and replied, "I believe they went ahead to prepare the chambers that Marquis Cedric has arranged for you and the princess."

"I see…" Vritra muttered, taking a sip of his wine.

"Young Master, may I ask you something personal, if you don't mind?"

"I do mind."

"Sigh~ it was a joke. Go ahead and ask."

"You've been around a lot of women lately. While I don't have the right to comment on your choices or your… urges, I do think it's important to ask how you plan on handling this with Lady Lilith and your father, Lord Rohan."
