Capítulo 19: Chapter 19

Audrey:

"What would you like to wear?" Liana asked, looking at the clothes that were hung, folded, and laid out everywhere in the shop that we were in. "Do you prefer dresses? Jeans? Sweat pants?"

"I don't know," I said, and Liana looked at me. Her eyes met mine and I looked down at my feet, embarrassed that I couldn't even choose.

I didn't have any money with me, nor did I have the right to choose my clothes before. How would I be able to choose something that I wanted to wear when I never had a choice in life to begin with? All I did was survive the fate that THEY wanted me to live in. the rest was just a matter of me not losing my mind in the process.

Liana didn't say a word for a while, as if thinking, and it wasn't until Miley came back with a bunch of clothes with her that she snapped out of whatever she had in mind.

"What the hell are you doing?"
