Capítulo 44: Koto's Ambition

In the bustling classroom, Koto's hand was raised high.

When I glanced to the side, I noticed that Wirt had lowered her hand without anyone noticing.

"Thank you for your nomination, Koto. It seems there are no other candidates... then, let's appoint her as a member of the Sports Festival Organizing Committee," the teacher said.

"Eh...?"

"What's the matter, Koto?"

"N-nothing."

Koto mumbled nervously, her gaze flickering towards Wirt.

"Hey Koto, being on the committee isn't that exciting, you know?"

"You won't be able to hang out and have fun, will you?"

"I heard it's quite busy after school," another girl added.

Koto's close friends, who were always around her, tried to dissuade her. Since she had volunteered out of a sense of obligation, there was no need for her to be so fixated on the committee.

Surprisingly, Koto remained enthusiastic, saying, "But, I get a reward…"
