Colson couldn't believe his ears. The old woman knew his director. He had never heard of or seen her before. Colson felt a chill run down his spine as he realized that the old woman might be more dangerous than he had initially thought. He wondered what kind of warning she had given Nick and what she was capable of doing to protect her grandson.
Colson shifted uneasily in his place, eyeing the old woman warily. She had a sinister glint in her eye, and her bony fingers gripped the handle of her cane tightly. He couldn't help but wonder what kind of secrets she was hiding and what kind of power she held over Nick for him to hastily call him back.
Colson knew that he needed to be more careful around her, but he couldn't shake off the feeling that he was in way over his head. As the old woman continued to stare at him, Colson realized that he had gotten himself into a dangerous game.
"You are thinking about how to get out of this situation right now, right?"
Colson was surprised. She could read his mind. She saw his face like that and couldn't help but shake her head. How can someone like him be an agent for an organization like Shield.
"I don't want to deal with you. I'll let Young Nick do it for me. Now you go to that corner and think about what bad things you did today."
Colson wanted to refuse, but his body just didn't listen to him. He walked to the lonely corner and then sat down.
As he sat there, Colson couldn't help but feel a sense of shame and embarrassment wash over him.
'What happened to me?"
He was sure that the old woman had done something to him, but he didn't know. and when he was sitting there in shame and embarrassment. His reinforcement had arrived.
"Agent Hills?"
Colson turned to see Agent Hills approaching him, and he felt a glimmer of hope that maybe she could help him figure out what had happened. He tried to stand up, but he couldn't. He didn't even have the authority to control his body.
Seeing Colson in such bad shape, Agent Hills didn't seem too surprised. Nick Fury had told her something might happen to Colson. He wanted her to arrive at this internet cafe as soon as possible.
And she did it with plenty of time to spare. She looked at the older woman. She was the one Nick warned her about. The older woman seemed to be expecting her, as she gestured for her to come closer. She wondered what kind of trouble Nick had gotten her into this time.
Hills did as the old woman wanted her to. and that's when something bad happened to her.
"I don't want to hear anything from any of you. I am above your pay grade. I am going to visit your director now. Just go and wait there in the corner with him, my dear."
Agent Hills suffered the same fate as Colson. She sat in the opposite corner from Colson. They can't even communicate with each other.
May smiled at Sullivan after dealing with both agents. She walked toward him and pulled him into a hug. It had been a while since she had seen her grandson. Now she misses him very much.
After giving him a tight embrace, she noticed two young girls giving her worried looks. When she saw the two of them, she realized they must have a close connection to her grandson.
How could she come to think of that? It was a grandmother's intuition.
"Hello sweetheart. "Are you two friends of my grandson?"
Jean and Hermione had reached a truce. At all costs, they must make an impression on her. They needed to join hands for now.
The two girls nodded nervously and introduced themselves to the grandmother. They hoped to make a good impression and gain her affection.
Knowing that their connection to her grandson was important. The grandmother smiled warmly at them, sensing their nervousness, and welcomed them with an open arm. She knew that her grandson had good friends by his side and was grateful for their presence.
