Capítulo 109: Chapter 109 Fast forward
Sullivan looked at the next criminal. He was a skinny guy. It looked like this time it was the same as the canon as well.
'Boring…'
Sullivan didn't want to drag on for much longer. but he couldn't do anything to fasten the process.
So all he did was just throw someone on the stage that he knew would win easily.
And it went on as the canon. the skinny guy challenge Gon to pick one of the candles and told him that whose candle burnt out first will lose.
He then showed Gon the candles one was short and the other was long.
Of course whichever Gon chose will be the one he had put oil on so it burnt out quickly.
Gon chose the long one and then they started to light it up. The candle Gon was holding immediately burned brighter and hotter.
Gon was surprised at first but immediately thought outside the box. He looked at the skinny guy candle before he blew it by a punch full of Nen.
The skinny guy candle immediately blew to bits with nothing left of it.
The condition of winning was the candle needed to be burnt out not blown away. but the skinny guy was too afraid of Gon. He gave up because he thought Gon would kill him because of the trick.
Next the last one was a big guy with blue skin. This one he chose Kurari. He wanted to know what would happen in this match. Would it still be the same as canon?
He thought back when they were on the ship when she saw Uvagin but didn't show any sign of being angry and even respected him. He knew that her clan might not be wiped out by the phantom troupe.
And this time it wasn't like in the canon. The big guy didn't show the tattoo. No he didn't even have the tattoo of the spider but a big yellow duck instead.
Really a big yellow duck? who would be afraid of him. Kurari even thought his acting was cute and then beat him until he gave up even when he was pretend to be unconscious she still beat him.
'So feist I like it'
Then they got three win so they passed the test.
"Finally, I thought I was going to fall asleep."
Kurari heard him and she couldn't help but pout a little.
"Sorry that my match bored you humph."
"I didn't mean it like that. but well you know. You are right."
"Sullivan!"
Kurari then began to chase Sullivan around why he laughed at her. At least this was much funnier than watching the match when he knew the results.
Sullivan now had to do something about her otherwise she would not stop until he lay waste.
"Hey! I'm just joking a little. I said I was bored not because of you but because of the opponent and that I knew you would be the winner. I believe in you. You know!"
That made her stop before she looked at him seriously.
"Do you really mean it"
He was hardly being nice with her. So this was too abrupt.
Sullivan saw the chance then nodded.
Kurari still gave out a little humph before walking away and stopped chasing him. No one saw her face blushing lightly. There was no one ever said something like that to her before.
Hermione watched them from behind she could only sighed maybe she need to make a move.
'What am I even thinking…'
She then just let it be and didn't want to think about it anymore.
The group had now walked into a comfortable room they needed to stay in this room for 50 hours.
Of course Sullivan didn't want it so he just hacked the door. and then everything went wilde Sullivan only chose something that excite him. Well not for his group except Hermione.
"That was fun."
Now they were in a room that should be where the passed participant should be in.
"Look like we are the first ones to come here."
Not even Hisoka and Illumi passed the test that fast.
The group of haggards looked at Sullivan and Hermione. They thought they were going to die there and then. how could they not be the first one when they faced so many adversaries?
Sullivan always chose the most difficult path but fastest of them all.
