Capítulo 21: Chapter 21 - Mother in Law

"Amira, I'm sorry but I don't have enough money" Lara said.

"Isn't there no one you can borrow from?" Amira asked sounding desperate.

"Actually…. Sorry forget it" Lara said with a sigh.

Amira got a sense of hope from that slight hesitation and desperately begged Lara to say what she was hesitating to.

Lara on the other hand was having a blast listening to Amira's plea. After five whole minutes of insistent begging, Lara decided that was enough.

"Amira if you invest this amount will you get a refund?" Lara asked concerned.

"Yes, definitely!". Amira immediately answered.

"When will you be expecting to get your returns?" Lara continued asking.

"Between eight months to a year" Amira answered unwillingly.

"Well, There is someone whom you can get that amount from but that person won't borrow if I am involved" Lara finally said 'reluctantly'.

"But...um….. we'll….." Amira started stuttering.
