Hirvan headed to the entrance of the Ashford residence, clearing all the troublesome matters from his mind.

His family was coming soon, so he had to prioritize them. While walking, he thought about what kind of meal he should ask Aunt Wang and Aunt Mo to prepare for Mrs. Smith and his siblings, as well as the requirements for their lodging.

He wanted to welcome them in the best possible way to lessen the burden he had put on them.

Upon reaching the butler, Hirvan paused and greeted the older man with a smile. 

"Uncle Tian! Why are you standing here?"

"Young master, seeing you didn't come inside made me a little uneasy."

"Sorry. We were talking, and I lost track of the time." Hirvan gently ushered the butler inside.
