The city was shrouded in darkness as Evelyn Parker made her way through the abandoned streets. The once-bustling metropolis was now a desolate wasteland, overrun by the undead. Evelyn's journey led her to an old, decrepit mansion on the outskirts of the city. The air was thick with an eerie silence, broken only by the distant moans of zombies. She pushed open the creaking door and stepped inside. The interior was dark, save for the flickering light of a single candle in the center of the room.

Sitting at a large, ornate chess table was a hooded figure. The figure's face was obscured by the darkness, but Evelyn knew who it was. Dr. Adrian Blackwood, the man responsible for the zombie apocalypse, the one who had been playing a twisted game with the lives of the city's inhabitants.
