[3 year timeskip]
High up in the sky above the narrow sea, a massive black dot could be seen flying at unbelievable speeds. It was a massive black dragon with his body standing at a whopping 120 meters of length and with a wingspan of 480 meters.
Each one of its wing beats produced enough wind to be able to turn entire fleets of ships upside down.
And on top of this beast was a person riding it like a horse. They had for the last year been making a name for themselves in the stepstones. And their reputation has been starting to make it up to Westeros and Essos.
They were known as the Arbiter of Death and his dragon, the Eater of Man.
They got their names because of the raids that they have been conducting on the northern islands of the stepstones, where they have recruited or massacred hundreds of pirate outposts.
The Arbiter would come with his dragon and legion of soldiers from outpost to outpost, where he would give the people 3 options.
1- Surrender and swear fealty to me;
2- Choose a champion to duel me in combat so that the gods may decide the future of the outpost and my own life;
3- Refuse both other offers and choose to fight, where you will be massacred and enslaved for the rest of your lives;
Of course being pirates and criminals, they would most of the time refuse both of the other options and choose to fight. That of course had the outcome that people would expect when facing a massive dragon and a legion of veteran soldiers.
The people that decided to fight were killed with no mercy while the smallfolk and the people that surrendered were enslaved and transported to a small city on the northern coast of BloodStone. The biggest island of the stepstones.
Of course sometimes they would surrender or choose the duel. When they choose the duel the Arbiter of Death would always have an easy win over his opponents and would always win with swift and perfect movements that would kill his opponents in 2 - 3 strikes.
Then the pirates that surrendered were offered to join the legion of the Arbiter of Death and would even be paid for their work.
The rest of the people upon getting to BloodStone, the smallfolk were told that they were now free and also citizens of the free city of Rome. While the pirates that decided to fight and then surrendered were enslaved and forced to work in the ports making ships or in the mines on the mountains.
If they refused then they would be publicly executed as a exemple to the others.
And because of that, the city was a port city by the coast with a total population of 50.000 smallfolk plus 20.000 pirates and 10.000 soldiers and 2.000 sailors. For a total of 82.000 people

The military of Rome was now composed of 10.000 veteran soldiers with 2.000 sailors operating 200 ships, plus, more 20.000 pirates now turned privateers operating 400 ships. For a total of 32.000 soldiers and 600 ships.
Of course to make sure that the now privateers won´t turn traitors, I made sure to hold their families with guards for their *protection*.
But now returning to the situation at hand.
Balaemor was currently riding Ancalagon over the narrow sea and flying for DragonStone because he had received a message from the King while he was on his expedition on the StepStones.
And because no one knew where he was, except his soldiers, the message was sent to DragonStone as it was his last known residence.
So after one of his ships with soldiers had come to DragonStone to trade merchandise and deliver some precious treasures as gifts to the maids in DragonStone that he considered to be his mothers.
They had given the message to them to deliver to Balaemor who was now at his new residence in the StepStones.
When he opened the message, it was a normal formal message from the king, asking him to come to king's landing to be able to finally meet the rest of his family as well as to come for the festival that he was given because his wife Aemma Targaryen was pregnant and was expected to give birth very soon.
After having finished reading all of the message he decided to meet his family members in KingsLanding, but also decided that he was not going to intervene in the future civil war as letting both the Blacks and the Greens kill each other would be the most advantageous outcome for him and his ambitions.
But he wasn't going to DragonStone because of the message from the king but because he missed DragonStone and missed his mothers, and so he decided to go and check on them while bridging some gifts from Essos, before going to the Red Keep and meet his uncle and the rest of the family.
And because the message stated that he had to be there in 20 days, that means that he still has 5 days before he needs to be at KingsLanding and meet the King.
[1 day later]
It was just another normal day for the guards at DragonStone but from nowhere a massive shadow almost covered the entire island.
Looking up to see what had created this massive shadow they were terrified when they saw a massive black dragon descending from the clouds and coming to land outside of the gates of Stone Drum, the central Keep of DragonStone.
After landing a small figure of a boy slided down the wing of the massive black dragon, and when the boy was on the ground he shouted.
"MOTHERS, YOUR LITTLE BALAEMOR IS BACK HOME" The boy shouted.
After a few seconds the gates had opened and over 20 womens in maid clothes came rushing out towards the voice of the boy, with tears of joy running down their faces as they saw the young man that their little balaemor had become.
Reaching the boy, all of them started to surround him and hug him tightly to their bodies, while they also continued to cry tears of joy.
"Where have you been all this time?"
"Look at you, you have gotten so tall since the last time we saw you."
"Have you been eating well deer?"
"Do you have any injuries? If yes, then we can go and start to heal then."
After a few more questions a small roar was heard from behind them that caused all the maids to turn around.
"Is that baby ancalagon?"
"Is that our cute little ancalagon?"
"What have you been feeding him? He is so big now."
After a few more seconds the boy spoke again to them.
"Hello to you to mothers, you don't have to worry, I'm not injured and I have been eating well. The same goes for ancalagon. Now can we go inside? I don't want to have to make you work but I'm kinda hungry and tired from my trip back to DragonStone."
After hearing this the maids practically dragged him inside of Keep to prepare him a great welcoming feast while also pressuring him to tell tales of his actions in the stepstones.
