Capítulo 7: Heritage and World

"Where...?" Sinbad questioned, confused as he looked around, seeing only pure darkness.
[You are in a special room created by the System.]
[The System has detected that the User carries a type of 'Heritage'.]
"Hm?" Sinbad's eyes turned towards the screen that was speaking to him, leaving him confused about the matter.
"What do you mean by 'Heritage'? Did my father leave something for me before I left the world?"
[Incorrect. An even older 'Heritage', possibly related to your origins.]
[Would you like to know more about the Possible 'Heritage'?]
"Hmmm." Sinbad rubbed his chin as he thought, before a relaxed aura enveloped his body.
"Sure, why not?" He said calmly, not stressing about it.
[The 'Heritage' appears to be related to the User's Soul, where seven or more distinct beings will appear over time as the 'Heritage' is unlocked.]
[However, without a specific Event to activate the 'Heritage', it will be impossible for the User to acquire it.]
[The System recommends that the User make use of the Equivalent Exchange System explained earlier before the Bond is created.]
"That 'Offer X and Receive Y' System..." Crossing his arms, Sinbad thought about the matter for a bit.
"What would I have to offer? I didn't bring anything with me, considering that the Inventory was my father's skill and not mine."
[The User can offer their Masteries. In exchange for the Body losing the muscle memory of the User's Masteries, the Mind will remember, allowing with enough training, these Masteries to be quickly recovered.]
[Another method would be to offer Memories and Experiences, but from what the System understands: The User will not choose this option no matter what.]
"Good that you know~ My experiences with my father are everything to me." Sinbad gave a satisfied nod, happy that there was another option besides that unpleasant 'experience offer'.
"Take my necessary Masteries to unlock the 'Heritage' then. I don't mind, and I'm sure my father wouldn't either, I have all the time in the world to relearn." After thinking for a bit, Sinbad decided to offer his Masteries without any problem.
He would still retain his knowledge about Capability X, so offering it wouldn't be really dangerous. In no time, he could recover the lost Mastery and become even stronger than he already was, considering he now knew how to form the [Base] of his abilities.
[Done. Necessary Masteries successfully consumed, the 'Heritage' has been unlocked. 1/?]

[Metal Vessel (Rank S{?}): Baal, the Djinn of Fury and Heroes.]
-> [Details: The Spirit that governs over Fury and Heroes, existentially linked with Sinbad. Exists within a special Sword made of Astral Material, allowing Sinbad to use Lightning Magic at an absurdly high level.]
-> [Capabilities: Lightning Magic, Partial Djinn Transformation, Complete Djinn Transformation.]
A completely white sword appeared floating in front of Sinbad, easily detectable due to the black environment around him. He reached out for the sword's hilt and grabbed it firmly.
A wave of satisfaction and familiarity coursed through his entire being before his consciousness faded away.

Sinbad's vision changed completely. Before, he was in a dark place, and now: in a completely golden room, adorned with arcs of electricity decorating the gold.
In the center of the room, a colossal figure sat, an enormous being with draconic features and a serious face.
"Baal?" Sinbad spoke, confused as he called the Name he had read in the System information.
He had experienced many things while living with his father (Steve), so seeing a draconic giant wasn't the scariest thing he had seen, allowing Sinbad to remain calm.
The Giant seemed to react when Sinbad's voice echoed through the room, opening his eyes and moving them towards Sinbad.
The slit-shaped eyes that seemed rigid softened when they landed on Sinbad.
"Good to see you, Sinbad." A thick yet gentle voice came from the Giant's mouth, greeting Sinbad.
"You know me?" Sinbad questioned, surprised.
"Enough to know that we are forever linked. I know we had some kind of relationship in the past but I am unable to remember anything." Baal unfortunately knew as much as Sinbad about their situation.
"But don't worry. As your 'Heritage' is unlocked, I will receive useful information. Probably nothing related to our past but definitely Information that will help us become stronger."
"When you return to the normal world, you will be able to perfectly use my abilities. I don't know why, but I believe it's because of this 'History' that we forgot. All I know is that we can become stronger as you strengthen your Body and Soul."
Baal began to speak patiently as he saw the look of doubt in Sinbad's eyes, explaining everything he knew to him.
Baal's explanations seemed sufficient because when he finished, the curious glint in Sinbad's eyes disappeared, satisfied with the information he received.
"Do I need to come back here every time I want to talk to you?"
"No. Through this small 'System' of yours, I will be able to talk to you in the outside world. And if necessary, with other people through the Sword, just summon it."
"Thank you, Baal." Sinbad thanked Baal with slightly teary eyes; he didn't know why his eyes were like that, but he felt it was necessary to say such things.
Baal gave a slight smile upon hearing this, and thus, Sinbad's consciousness faded from the place.

[With the initial problem resolved, we will now finish the 'journey'.]
The System's voice awakened Sinbad's consciousness as the sword in his hands disappeared, being stored within his 'being'.

[Categorizing Worlds, leaving only those Classified as 'Stories'.]
[Excluding those heavily populated by outside Travelers.]
[Finding the most potentially suitable ones.]
[Search completed.]
[As a bonus for the remaining Mastery spent, the System will offer World Options.]
[The User can choose their Initial World.]
[Detail: The stars next to the Names classify the Danger Level of the World as well as the Level of reward that the World can provide. But follow your instincts primarily, as the Stars are not perfectly accurate.]

-> A strange Timeline invaded by outside Travelers, currently a few months before the Events of this World really start getting out of control.

-> Timeline altered by outside Travelers, causing a Butterfly Effect. Due to this, Important Figures have different genders.

-> Timeline altered by outside Travelers, causing a Butterfly Effect. Due to this, Important Figures have different genders.
[4- Frieren: Beyond Journey's End {3x ☆}]
-> The Hero who would save this World ended up dying Months after the Journey began, leaving the Main Group alone to face the Demon Lord.
[5- One Punch Man {10x ☆}]
-> Months before the Events of this World get out of control, the lack of [GOD] cannot be explained.
[6- Medaka Box {(12,858,051,967,633,865x ☆)}]
-> I see you~ The doors of this World will always be open to you, Child of Destiny. -Aishi'in-san <3
[7- Kimetsu no Yaiba {1x ☆}]
-> The Demon Lord ended up failing in his duty earlier than expected due to outside Presences, the World urgently needs a New Demon Lord before the World's Destiny becomes messy.
[8- Undertale {20x ☆}]
-> Filled with Invaders and dangerous Entities, this Timeline is in an almost infinite Cycle due to an extremely bored Girl seeking something new.
[9- Fairy Tail {7x ☆}]
-> The Dragon of the Apocalypse seeks a companion to battle and quell his anger, otherwise, he will attack the World much earlier than expected.
[10- Dark Souls {37x ☆}]
-> The {Chosen Undead} ended up in conflict with a foreign soul, affecting the curse and preventing it from working. Due to this, the World is destined to meet an End if a new {Chosen Undead} is not found soon.
[With this, all Worlds have been selected, and their anomalies explained, User.]
[Follow your instincts and believe in the path you choose, according to the Information recorded about you during this time: you always know how to choose the correct path.]

FINAL NOTES
I simply REFUSE to just put Sinbad in a World without any changes! Just as I refuse to do stupid things like saying I throw Sinbad into the Main Timeline.
Whether you like the works or not, I like to respect the Original works. It's a quirk of mine, but I prefer it this way; otherwise, it would be like saying my version is the best. Thus, I prefer the excuse of alternative Timelines~
You can vote on which worlds you want Sinbad to go to up there, and suggest new ones (with possible changes to the Timeline). Regardless of when you see this Message, I will continue to view this List and use it as a base to choose Future Worlds for Sinbad.
So, vote if you prefer. If there aren't enough votes or I have a strong desire to write about World X or Y, I will choose the world myself.
