Amon sat cross-legged in the river's deepest depths, his presence fully harmonized with the waters around him.

With a breath, he took in a great amount of pure aether and with an exhale, he pushed out all the impure and chaotic aether in his body.

As his innate aether was slowly refined by the waters around him, his mind focused, and his spirit sense continued to expand. From its original 20km, it had already grown to over 40km!

Amon suspected that when his spirit sense reached the 100km mark, he'd finally be able to awaken his mental space.

With one more exhale, he slowly opened his eyes, but as soon as he did so, his heart seemingly skipped a beat.

There, sat in front of him, was a young man, merely inches away from him, and even with his spirit sense fully unleashed… he hadn't sensed him.

The young man had long white hair and emerald pupils that added to his otherworldly charm and majestic bearings as he wore robes of black and white.
