Underneath the Vinis pawnshop two storey building, there was a basement as wide as an entire floor. In the hall in the basement, a silhouette briefed a shadow on the current happenings in the city. The silhouette knelt infront while the shadow could clearly be seen seated in a throne.
"So the city's underground is in chaos now? Interesting." A cold voice sounded from the direction of the throne.

Homeless_Author I didn't make the third and final chapter, cause I'm currently confused (can't really explain, but it's almost as if I'm out of ideas).
That would come tomorrow morning before 12pm noon.
Starting tomorrow (excluding the last remaining bonus chapter), I'll be back to a 1500 release rate at 3-4pm GMT. I need to take a break for a while as my sleep schedule is ruined, hence why the small release schedule.
