Buggy walked ahead with a stern expression, then suddenly turned his head to Mr. 3 behind him. "Contact Blackbeard."
Mr. 3 nodded, pulling out a Den Den Mushi from his coat, dialing Blackbeard's number, and then handing the snail phone to Buggy.
"Hahaha, Buggy! Missing me already?" Blackbeard's laughter echoed, clearly in high spirits.
Buggy replied calmly, "Are you ready to set sail?"
Blackbeard chuckled and said, "Not quite! Even though there are plenty of skilled coating craftsmen here, which saves a lot of time, our ship is enormous. It'll take at least another half day to finish!"
"That's fine," Buggy responded. "Have them head to the New World to gather more men first, but you come to Island 17 and meet me."
Blackbeard paused, puzzled. "Why?"
Buggy responded with a question of his own, "Do you want the Golden Lion's Float-Float Fruit?"
"Wait right there! I'm on my way!"
Upon hearing the mention of the Golden Lion and the Float-Float Fruit, Blackbeard's eyes widened with shock. Without a word, he quickly agreed and hung up the call!
The Golden Lion's Float-Float Fruit is immensely powerful, both in terms of offensive capability and supportive abilities. In many ways, it surpasses Whitebeard's Tremor Fruit in its versatility!
If given the chance, Blackbeard would certainly seize the Float-Float Fruit without hesitation.
As it happens, they will need some time to gather their crew after entering the New World, which presents an ideal opportunity for Blackbeard to set out with Buggy.
Buggy contacted Doflamingo and requested a Log Pose to the G2 branch.
While Buggy's intentions were unclear, Doflamingo was more than capable of accommodating the request.

Since escaping from Impel Down decades ago, the Golden Lion had been researching a drug that could elevate organisms to a higher level, known as 'SIQ'!
IQ was originally a rare substance found in a plant on an uncharted island. The creatures on that island had evolved in extraordinary ways by consuming this plant.
The Golden Lion stumbled upon this evolutionary power by chance and subsequently claimed the island as his own, naming it the 'STRONG WORLD' floating island.
They also extracted the components from those plants that facilitate biogenesis and evolution, which they named 'IQ'!
Buggy sought Doflamingo's help to locate the Breed Pirates, because their captain, Breed, is a powerful user of a pet fruit. With this fruit, he can control his targets by simply placing a collar on them!
This ability is similar to a weakened version of 'Aquaman'!
This power is particularly beneficial for Buggy's first mate, Mohji the Beast Tamer. With the aid of SIQ, Mohji's capabilities would be significantly enhanced!
But that's only one aspect!
If SIQ's contribution to Buggy were limited to this, he wouldn't have come all this way!
There's a small detail in the original plot of the Golden Lion's movie version!
To ward off wild beasts, the native inhabitants of the floating island in STRONG WORLD plant a species called 'Daft Green' around their village.
However, 'Daft Green' is also toxic! Prolonged exposure to this plant causes a condition known as 'Daft,' marked by green spots.
The only cure for these green spots is a plant containing IQ!
In other words, the islanders have been consuming plants with IQ for a long time!
Their evolution led them to develop wings on their arms, allowing them to fly!
From this, Buggy deduced that IQ must also affect humans. He has two theories regarding how IQ influences human evolution:
First, the natives, driven by the fear of living amidst wild beasts, subconsciously evolved the ability to fly under the influence of IQ to escape the danger.
Second, through natural selection, those who adapted to the island's harsh environment evolved the ability to fly with IQ's influence.
Regardless of which theory is correct, one thing is clear: IQ is crucial!

With such a distinctive appearance, any sea enthusiast would immediately recognize it as the "Thousand Sunny," the ship once called the "Thousand Sunny" by Iceburg, known for its bright, sun-like glow on the treacherous seas!
Indeed, this was the Straw Hat Pirates' ship!
But from now on, it will be Buggy's ship!
As for what the Straw Hats would do next, Buggy said he couldn't care less!
