"How can I fix this? Bandages! Someone find bandages! And some hemostatic agents!"
Ivankov clutched Luffy's thighs tightly, desperately trying to staunch the bleeding. He shouted urgently to those around him.
However, the Okamas under Ivankov looked around the desolate, empty space, bewildered. They had no idea where to find medical supplies in this dire situation.
Boa Hancock, growing impatient, added, "Hurry up! Otherwise, I'll turn all of you into stone statues!"
One of the Okamas, panic-stricken, replied, "Lord Ivankov, Bullet has made everything in Marineford disappear. There are no medical supplies left!"
Ivankov glanced around, taking in the grim surroundings, and his expression hardened. Gritting his teeth, he said, "There's no other choice. The Straw Hat Boy may have to lose this leg."
Boa Hancock interjected immediately, "No! That's his leg! Luffy is going to be the Pirate King! Without it, his strength will drop by at least 30%. What will we do with him in the future?"
"The most important thing now is to save his life!" Ivankov's eyes flickered with doubt as he continued, "If he loses his life, he loses everything! Besides, even if Straw Hat Boy loses this leg, he may not survive. He's lost too much blood already."
The blood pooling from Luffy's wounded leg had stained the ground around him a deep red. Luffy's face was growing increasingly pale, his breath weakening with every passing moment.
Though Boa Hancock was known for her emotional nature, she was not foolish. Realizing the gravity of the situation, she understood that there was no time for hesitation.
Boa Hancock gritted her teeth and asked, "What should we do now?"
Ivankov replied, "First, we need to find a way to seal the Straw Hat Boy's wound. Then, I'll use my abilities to stimulate his vitality and accelerate his blood regeneration!"
Boa Hancock asked urgently, "How can we seal Luffy's wound? We don't have any medical supplies, and we can't find anything to close the wound!"
Before anyone could respond, a ball of magma suddenly fell from the sky, landing not far from them and sending up a plume of steam.
Everyone was stunned. Looking up, they saw that the magma was the result of Akainu's attack hitting the giant.
Ivankov reacted swiftly. Without hesitation, he scooped up Luffy and dashed toward the lava.
Ivankov wasted no time. He approached the bubbling lava and pressed Luffy's injured leg into the scorching molten rock.
"Ah!!!" Luffy, still unconscious, was jolted awake by the excruciating pain. He screamed but soon lost consciousness again, drained by the agony.
The drastic measure left Luffy even weaker, his vitality diminished.
"Emporio Healing Hormone!" Ivankov's nails transformed into syringes as he injected Luffy with healing hormones designed to stimulate his life force.
Luffy's body shuddered as his heart raced uncontrollably.
Boa Hancock, who had been anxiously observing, asked in a panic, "What's happening? What's happening to Luffy?"
Ivankov relaxed, sighed, and said, "Don't worry. Straw Hat Boy's injury isn't severe; he's just lost too much blood. With the help of my healing hormones, his life won't be in danger! But..."
Boa Hancock pressed, "But what?"
Ivankov replied, "But using my healing hormones comes at a cost. My hormones essentially drain Straw Hat Boy's vitality! In other words, this treatment shortens his lifespan."
Boa Hancock was taken aback and said with a pained expression, "How much of Luffy's life will this treatment consume?"
Ivankov answered honestly, "Typically, it's about ten years."
"How could this happen! Damn Buggy the Clown! Damn Bullet! It's all their fault! I'll never forgive them!" Boa Hancock had already learned from Ivankov how Luffy's leg was broken, so she harbored intense hatred for Buggy.
As for Bullet, beyond having used his powers to sever Luffy's hope of leg reattachment, Boa Hancock was still fuming over Bullet's ambush on the warship.
"Hey, did I just hear my name? What are you planning to do with me, Boa Hancock?"
At that moment, Buggy flew in carrying the unconscious Ace. Hearing Boa Hancock's angry words, he chuckled.
"Buggy the Clown! Perfume Femur!"
When Boa Hancock looked up and saw Buggy, she immediately kicked at him without a word!
Buggy threw Ace to Ivankov and dodged Boa Hancock's kick with a swift sidestep.
The long white legs passed by Buggy, but he wasn't in the mood to admire them! He could feel the fierce wind generated by Boa Hancock's long legs and the deadly force of her haki-wrapped kicks!
As one of the Shichibukai, and a powerful one at that, Boa Hancock's strength was not to be underestimated!
The reason Boa Hancock was instantly defeated by Bullet on the warship was twofold: Bullet's strength was indeed formidable, and Boa Hancock had been fully focused on attacking Buggy at the time, not anticipating Bullet's sneak attack.
Had Boa Hancock been prepared, even Bullet would have had to put in more effort to overcome her.
After missing her kick, Boa Hancock used the momentum to quickly pivot and aim another kick at Buggy.
Buggy's eyes narrowed slightly, but instead of dodging, he raised his arms as if to block.
A glint of determination flashed in Boa Hancock's eyes. She increased her speed and strength threefold.
"Perfume Femur Magna!"
Boa Hancock unleashed her kick with full force.
To her surprise, her kick didn't connect but passed right through Buggy's body!
The momentary shock was brief, as Boa Hancock soon realized that Buggy had split his body into countless tiny pieces just before her foot landed.
Yet, there was no time to marvel at Buggy's ability, as his disassembled form didn't hinder his actions.
Buggy's palm, covered in Armament Haki, was already heading towards her with a powerful force.
Boa Hancock's eyes widened in shock as Buggy's palm aimed directly at her vulnerable spot.
Having not held back with her previous kick, there was no time for her to adjust mid-air.
"Smack!"
A muffled sound echoed as Boa Hancock was sent flying dozens of meters away by Buggy's attack.
"Tsk, that's dull. It's covered in Armament Haki. It doesn't feel good at all!" Buggy complained.
Buggy shook his hands, clearly irritated. "How am I supposed to fix this..."
Boa Hancock lay on the ground, feeling as though she was on the verge of falling apart. If she hadn't used her Armament Haki for defense, she might have been shattered into pieces!
She had never endured such an insult since becoming Empress.
"Ivan, Ace is in your care! Make sure he doesn't wake up before you take him away!"
Buggy, uninterested in dealing with the furious woman any longer, turned and walked away after giving instructions to Ivankov.
"Stop, you jerk!"
Boa Hancock tried to get up to stop him, but the pain made her falter. By the time she managed to stand again, Buggy had already fled far off!
"You big-faced monster, Luffy is now in your hands! If anything happens to him, I won't let you off!"
Unable to accept the situation, Boa Hancock threw something towards Ivankov and chased after Buggy.
