Technology: Introducing new technologies to improve daily life and efficiency. (Level 1)
Public Services: Enhancing services like sanitation, water supply, and transportation. (Level 1)
Territory Controlled: The Amount of land and people under the control of the Kingdom (Level 2]

"This kingdoms army has reached a whopping 100,000 soldiers after the military of Vanhiem was integrated, Including the top powerhouses like Godfrey and the two generals with Vice Admiral level powers including the military of Alabasta, it allowed the Defence to be pushed to Level 3"
"But system what would it take to level up Defence to level 4? And how many points would I receive?" Augustus asked.
[1 million ordinary level soldiers, 1000 mid-level combat soldiers, 25 Vice Admiral level soldiers and 5 Emperor or Admiral level Soldiers, Points gained from level 4 is 50,000]
"What a huge jump in requirements!" Augustus "What would the requirements for upgrading Defence to level 5 be I wonder" Augustus thought to himself but quickly shook his not even wanting to find out
'System, why hasn't healthcare improved at all?' Augustus asked confused.
[There have been no changes in the healthcare received by the citizens within Glofield and Alabasta] the system responded.
"I see; we need to begin operations on hospitals; the level of Infrastructure should rise as well, considering hospitals should be considered essential facilities, right?" Augustus asked the system and the system responded affirmatively.
Augustus next opened up the summoning tab and selected the Level 4 summon chest and was soon faced with the list and the rapidly draining points.

With a pained sigh, Augustus was left between deciding to either pick Agriculture, Education or Technology.
A level 4 character would have enough knowledge to make the kingdom self-sufficient in terms of food and income
A character from education is a bit of a gamble; It can be someone like Iruka, who doesn't have much advanced knowledge from Modern times due to his World conditions or someone from the modern world or even a futuristic world.
Technology, on the other hand, seems to be the best option as it guarantees that it's gonna be a character with levels of technological ability and mind that can benefit multiple sectors of the kingdom, Augustus thought to himself.
He finally decided and picked the technological department.
The System disappeared as the familiar Golden Gate appeared.
As the golden gate shimmered with intense light, the air around it seemed to crackle with energy.
Slowly, a figure emerged from the glow, clad in a sleek, high-tech-looking suit of armour that immediately drew Augustus's attention.
The suit, an iconic blend of red and gold, hugged his form perfectly, exuding both power and sophistication.
The chest piece glowed with a bright, arc reactor light, pulsing rhythmically like a heartbeat. His helmet retracted with a smooth, mechanical hiss, revealing the face of Tony Stark.
His dark hair was perfectly styled, and his signature goatee was meticulously groomed. His eyes, sharp and intelligent, surveyed his new surroundings with a mix of surprise, confidence and, most of all, curiosity.
"Well, this is new," Tony remarked, his voice carrying both amusement and intrigue. "So, you're the lucky ruler who gets to bask in the genius of Tony Stark?" Tony said as he looked at Augustus.
"Your Majesty, it's odd; I was wondering how it is possible to bring a man who was on the verge of death to a whole different universe while also completely healing him, while also implementing and getting rid of some past emotional connections?" Tony asked curiously.
"You don't seem mad about it,", Augustus said.
"I want to get angry, but I just can't seem to, which must be part of whatever you did to me", Tony said, looking at Augustus.
"Would you rather have not come here?" Augsutus asked causing Tony to go silent for a while.
"If I wanted to go back could you do something to make it happen, like a reverse?" Tony asked.
"I can't reverse anything," Augustus said; by the things, Tony was saying, and his armour, Augustus understood from which point in time he had come.
After hearing what Augsutus said Tony went silent again.
After a bit of time, Tony finally spoke.
"I don't like this blatant Manipulation of my mind, I feel completely loyal to you, and any thought of trying to betray is being suppressed by my mind which I don't enjoy at all, But for something I know for sure is that you aren't a bad person per se"
"I guess it's alright, it's either this or my death, isn't it?" Tony said with a deprecating laugh.
Augustus to didn't feel right about this, but in the end, he could only say "type shit" and move on with it.
it also became clear to Augustus that this technological marvel would bring about extraordinary changes to his kingdom in all sectors.
