Konoha is home to two prominent clans: the Hyuga and the Uchiha. The Hyuga clan resides near the Hokage building, in the inner circle of Konoha. In contrast, the Uchiha clan, due to lingering suspicions and resentment from the Nine Tails Rebellion, has been relocated to the outskirts of the village.
Shisui sat on the roof of his house, gazing at the bright moon. Despite his youth, his heart bore the weight of many adult concerns. The intricate web of relationships among the Uchiha clan, the village, Hokage, Danzo, and clan leader Fugaku left him feeling trapped.
The village's dissatisfaction with the Uchiha was growing, and internal rebellion within the clan was high. Shisui himself had been assigned to monitor Itachi by the Third Hokage.
"Sorry, Shisui-san, Sasuke insisted that I accompany him, so I was late," Itachi's voice broke Shisui's contemplation. Shisui smiled as Itachi approached.
"Itachi, there's no need to be so cautious," Shisui reassured him.
Shisui's purpose in calling Itachi was to discuss the escalating tensions within the clan. The hawkish faction within the Uchiha clan had gained significant influence, even swaying Fugaku, the clan leader. Itachi was deeply concerned, sensing that the balance in his father's heart had tipped.
"Brother Shisui, if this continues, a clash between the village and our clan seems inevitable," Itachi voiced his worry.
"Don't worry, Itachi. I already have a plan in mind," Shisui said, stroking Itachi's black hair. He admired Itachi's resolve but knew the situation was dire. He had decided to use his power to suppress the rebellion within the clan, but he needed to discuss it with the Third Hokage.
After discussing serious matters, Shisui shared some light-hearted moments from his recent mission, including his encounter with Tetsuya. Itachi's interest was piqued.
"Is that boy five years old this year? He'll enter the academy next year with Sasuke," Itachi mused. "Is his healing technique really that strong?"
Shisui nodded seriously. "Yes, Itachi. Tetsuya's healing ability is remarkable, even surpassing what I've seen from Tsunade. According to Anbu intelligence, he can heal deep-seated injuries. Don't underestimate him."
Itachi, a genius since childhood, had his own burdens. His advanced Sharingan often caused him discomfort, and Shisui's words made him reconsider.
"I see, Brother Shisui. I'll visit Konoha Hospital tomorrow," Itachi decided.
The next morning, Tetsuya's Shadow Clone encountered its first patient of the day: Uchiha Itachi.
"So, Shisui-senpai recommended you to come here?" Tetsuya asked, surprised.
Itachi nodded. "Brother Shisui said your medical ninjutsu is very strong and can help me."
Without further ado, Tetsuya performed his healing technique, pressing his hand on Itachi's chest. After two minutes, the system prompt appeared.
"Heal Uchiha Itachi, gain Spirit +1.5, Fire Attribute Nature Transformation +36, Points +8."
Tetsuya's plan with the Shadow Clone had succeeded, bringing him one step closer to his goals. As Itachi felt the improvement in his condition, he asked, "Am I alright now?"
Tetsuya waved dismissively. "You're not completely healed. Your condition is more serious than you think. Come back in a few days if you feel unwell, but I can't fully cure you now."
Itachi's mood was complex. He had never encountered someone as young as Tetsuya with such skill and confidence. Compared to Tetsuya, Sasuke seemed much younger and more reliant on him.
After Itachi left, Tetsuya felt a mix of satisfaction and disdain. While he respected Shisui, he couldn't help but scoff at Itachi's twisted ideals and actions. Sacrificing his entire clan to protect his brother seemed a far cry from Shisui's noble intentions.
As the day ended, Tetsuya knew he had to continue growing stronger, not just for himself, but to navigate the complexities and dangers of the ninja world.
