Capítulo 17: Clash of Marines and Beast Pirates
Shortly after King was knocked away, an incredibly tall, relatively slim man landed on the ground. He had a moderate amount of wrinkles on his face, short curly black hair, and a very thin beard.
"My my, this is quite the odd situation" said Kizaru with an intrigued look.
Kizaru's standard outfit consists of a yellow striped suit with a Marine coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, his arms rested casually in his pockets. Kizaru also wears pure white shoes, gold-amber tinted sunglasses, and a dark green shirt with a mauve tie under his yellow suit.
This was one of the 3 Marine Admirals, Borsalino or rather commonly known as Kizaru.
Kizaru then proceeded to form his together, muttering...
Yata no Kagami
He then transformed into light as he was headed directly towards Kaido in unfathomable speed.
A few moments ago...
"Wo Ro Ro Ro, brat this will be your end if this is all your strength amounts to" declared Kaido as he stood confidently, despite the intense battle, he had but a few small slash wounds, displaying his abnormal durability.
In contrast, Ray was beaten all over, his face covered by his own blood. His organs were starting to feel the impact of Kaido's hits, at this rate he wouldn't last long.
Spitting a mouthful of blood onto the ground, Ray responded in annoyance.
"Shut up, fucking deformed lizard" he then blitzed right over Kaido and put his two fists in front of him.
Rokuogan
A powerful shockwave was released from Ray's fists as Kaido let it hit him, as a result his large body was slightly indented into the ground and his head started to spin as he started bleeding from his nose.
Ray unwilling to get hit by another one of Kaido's hits, stepped back quickly.
"Wo Ro Ro Ro, not bad brat, you have quite a few tricks" said Kaido as he wiped the blood off his nose. To put this is perspective, Rokuogan had almost knocked out Queen immediately, all it did to Kaido was make him dizzy and bleed a little.
"Howev-" what interrupted Kaido was a leg materialised out of light as it smacked Kaido right on his chin, sending him soaring into a wall. His massive figure simply got up shortly after as he shrugged off the hit as if it were nothing.
Looking at the figure who just hit him, Kaido looked annoyed, he was displeased that his fight with Ray was interrupted.
Imbuing Conqueror's Haki into his spiked kanabo, sparks of small light flashed around his weapon, then Kaido flashed immediately in front of Kizaru in an instant and aimed the spiked kanabo at his head.
Thunder Bagua!
Kizaru could barely react but he managed to cross both his arms and block Kaido's attack with his forearms. It wasn't effective as Kizaru dematerialised into light and was then smashed into the distance.
'This is bad, Kaido got serious and he blasted that lazy bastard away in one hit' his thoughts were interrupted as King appeared behind him, slashing his sword towards Ray's head. Ray turned and blocked the attack with his katana.
"You should stay put birdie, this fight is out of your league" said Ray, mocking King.
"I should say the same to you, Marine" responded King.
Ray smirked, knocking away King's sword effortlessly as he then slammed his foot on King's abdomen, sending him flying. He followed King's trajectory as he wanted to take care of King quickly.

Rubbing his forearms as they were aching in pain, Kizaru said in a lazy tone. "Hmm, quite troubling this might be"
Ama no Murakumo
Kizaru then proceeded to form a long, very sharp and durable sword out of light and solidified it, he knew he couldn't face a Yonko light heartedly.
Both Kaido and Kizaru rushed to one another, clashing their weapons together as they used their Haki in full effect. However, unlike Kizaru, Kaido's use of advanced Conqueror's Haki was a glaring gap in strength between the two as Kizaru was once again thwarted as he lost their clash.
"Haki rules over all, you could never hope to match me" reminded Kaido.
"Ooohh, scary indeed~~~" responded Kizaru, slashing at Kaido again as they continued their battle.

Further away, Ray and King were beginning their own fierce battle. One in which King seemed to be outmatched.
Ray thrusted his katana onto King torso, as expected King let him connect his thrust, confident in his abnormal defence. However, unlike what King had expected, Ray's attack actually damaged him.
"You stupid bird, didn't you notice my Haki got stronger" said Ray, provoking King.
Despite having his flame on King was still damaged by Ray's attack, this was troubling news to King. Ray's current speed, strength and Haki currently seemed superior to his, turtling away with his flame on was not King's desire.
In his duel with Kaido, Ray had finally started to grasp the concept of internal destruction despite the beating he received, with every attack he threw at Kaido, he gradually got used to the feeling of it.
A step above the technique of emission of Armament Haki is having it flow into a targets body and destroy it from the inside out, which can be done by touching, grabbing, or even emitting Haki toward the object. This is known as Internal Destruction. Against opponents, this technique wreaks tremendous internal damage and is currently the most most advanced Armament Haki technique.
Even King's mighty defence couldn't stop it, after all it attacked your insides instead of penetrating from the exterior.
"Very well then" stated King simply as he turned his flame off, Ray's Observation Haki flared as King appeared in front of him. In response he blocked King's sword as they had a contest in strength.
"HA HAH HAH, much better!" shouted Ray, once again his battle instincts were beginning to rise, he knew King would now give him a good fight.
As they were locked in a stalemate, both of them backed of at the same time, before instantly rushing at one another. The shockwaves released from their clashes were incredible, destroying the surrounding icy ground with every attack thrown.
