Capítulo 24: Chapter 24. Credit Card
Use the elevator to go up to the third stratum, Ordinary, Zen pressed the touch screen on the side of the elevator door.
Since the Floating City Magnel system now identified Zen as Laim Worgrass, Laim Worgrass's name appeared there.
After that, the icons of the numbers 1-9 appear on the screen.
Number 1, as you can see, is to head to the Ship Landing Area.
Number 2 is to go up to Downsteam, while number 3 is to go up to Ordinary, and so on.
With Laim Worgrass's identity, Zen is able to access numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4. Zen pressed number 3 because he intended to register his name and data in Ordinary according to the information Mia provided.
After he registers his data and identity, he will be recorded in the Civil data of Floating City Magnel and will be given an Credit card for money purpose in Ordinary and other features.
By default, Zen will be able to access the first three layers once he registers his data and identity as he registers himself in Ordinary and not Downsteam.
After listening to the engine move for a few moments, the elevator door opened in front of Zen.
Zen looked up, only to find a view of the city full of thousand-meter-tall buildings towering under the blue sky projected from live footage of the sky outside the Floating City Magnel. There are even some buildings floating up there.
Colorful vehicles fill the sturdy and clean streets.
Despite its futuristic appearance, the city retains its natural beauty.
Trees are planted on the sidewalks, while a large and beautiful park is built as a playground for happy children.
In the sky, several robot boxes often fly past Zen and keep an eye on the state of the city.
It really deserves to be called a utopia for Humans.
"I'm really curious how Sage Zion was able to create all of this."
Zen admired the view of the city while walking to the civil service hall in the middle of the city.
Ordinary took up more than 1/4 of the space of the Floating City Magnel, so the area of the Ordinary was unimaginable.
There is a taxi service here, but Zen needs a credit card to pay for it, so he can only let his legs take him to the civil service hall.
Pedestrians in Ordinary are quieter and less crowded despite having a larger population than Downsteam.
Everyone had a faint smile on their faces. As if they had complete control over their lives.
Zen lets go of the Bandana that is the hallmark of the Red Trickerss Pirates and tidies up his long messy hair.
His hair had reached his shoulders since he was a child. Now that he had evolved, his hair lengthened slightly and reached his back.
"Maybe I'll cut it later."
It took 5 hours for Zen to reach the civil handling hall.
It was already dark when he arrived.
"Damn, I need to get a credit card right away."
Zen wasn't tired, but he was mental-tired of looking at buildings and people during the walk. If he is an introvert, he will probably get dizzy and vomit from seeing all of that.
If there were no robot boxes watching over every side of the city, Zen would probably run as fast as he could and arrive in just 1 hour or even faster.
But since robot boxes were everywhere, Zen didn't want to take such a blatant action. After all, he was a Zombie.
In what Mia said was the civic handling hall, Zen found a towering building that was probably about 568 meters tall with a vast and beautiful garden.
However, it was not the civic handling hall.
The Ordinary Civil Service Hall is a round building that hovers 2000 meters above the tall building.
In the center of the garden is a 5-meter-wide metal platter that floats quietly 1 meter from the ground. It is a means of transportation for someone who wants to register their data and identity.
Zen rises on top of the metal platter.
The platter adjusted to the weight of Zen before it began to fly up slowly towards the metal building that looked like a miniature of Magnel.
The bottom of the metal building opened when Zen approached it.
The metal platter brought him in.
Zen received a bunch of identification lasers several times before a red screen appeared on the monitor.
[Subject already registered.]
It is what is written there.
Zen ignored it and hit the list option.
Afterwards, Zen was asked why he wanted to re-register, to which he answered honestly. He was not Laim Worgrass.
The machine inside the round building started working and started counting. Zen requests are sent to officers monitoring civilian data activity.
The monitor glows blue afterwards.
[Misidentification was found. Subjects are allowed to re-register.]
There were a bunch of apologies from the Floating City Magnel under those words.
Zen ignored it and went straight to the registration menu.
Zen filled out the form calmly.
After Zen filled in all the columns, he pressed the [Confirm] button.
The monitor again displays the results of Zen's data that he entered earlier, asking Zen to make sure that nothing is wrong.
Zen pressed [Confirm] once more.
The engine starts working again afterwards.
A few moments later, the monitor glows green.
[Successfully registered. Mr. Zen, congratulations! You from now on are part of Magnel!]
After a series of firecracker and fireworks effects were displayed, a white-blue card came out of the machine.
[This is your credit card, Mr. Zen! With this, you can access the various features and products provided by Magnel, with, of course, in exchange for the appropriate amount of money!]
The monitor screen continues to provide Zen with various additional instructions, but the crux of it all is that Magnel no longer uses physical currencies such as gold coins and so on.
Sure, there are still underdeveloped areas that still use coins. For example, Downsteam.
However, if someone comes to the third stratum and above like Ordinary, they need a credit card that is always charged to stay alive.
There are various ways to get credit. One of them, of course, is to work in Ordinary or a higher stratum.
Zen can also exchange his money for credit. The civil service hall or the Bank provides this exchange service.
Since Zen intended to stay in the Floating City Magnel from now on, he naturally needed credit. Therefore, Zen took out 100 gold coins, which he had obtained from Frincaal town, and put them into the exchange hole provided by the machine.
The machine began to calculate the exchange rate of the 100 gold coins that Zen exchanged.

Zen smiled at hearing that.

The editing is going much more intense than I thought.
I see so much mistake that is ended I change a whole first chapter. Well, as the result, maybe it would be more eye-catching first chap.
I hope it will gain more reader when I finally up the re-writed chaps
