We decided to split up and cover more ground, hoping to find any lead on Sophia's whereabouts. Damian and James went to investigate a possible hideout, while I went to talk to a source who claimed to have information about Sophia's relocation.

As I walked through the crowded streets, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched. I quickened my pace, my heart racing with anticipation.

Suddenly, I heard a faint whisper in my ear. "Emily, be careful. They're closing in on you."

I spun around, but there was no one there. The whisper seemed to come from all around me, echoing off the buildings.

I took a deep breath and continued on my way, my senses heightened.

When I arrived at the source's location, I was greeted by a hooded figure. "You're looking for Sophia?" they asked, their voice low and gravelly.

I nodded, my heart racing with excitement. "Yes, do you know where she is?"
