### Chapter 23: Almighty Push
"Don't blame me for this; you should not offend someone you cannot afford in your next life," the man smirked, seeing Klein's surprised expression. It looked like his assassination was successful. He continued waving his finger as he turned Klein's body into a marionette. Suddenly, the thread that was binding Klein was severed.
"I never thought you could hire such a strong bodyguard. By the way, my name is Rosango," Rosango said, his gaze fixed behind Klein.
As he spoke, Rosango noticed the picture of a woman in a black regal dress appearing in the oriel window glass. She stepped slowly and stiffly out of the glass; her blonde hair, delicate face, and pale complexion made her appear more like a doll than a living person.
Sharron created a chunk of ice and threw it at Rosango.
"Shouldn't you tell me your name? How rude," Rosango said, taking a step back.
Rosango brought out his puppet and attacked Sharron. Seeing this, Sharron let out a sharp shriek, causing Rosango to cover his ears. Sharron used this opportunity to tear down the puppet.
"Who would have thought dealing with this detective is such a pain," Rosango said resentfully. He then continued to attack Sharron by launching an invisible thread at her. Sharron, seeing this, retreated to the mirror.
"If I didn't divine before, I might lose this battle," Rosango smiled at Sharron. It seemed Rosango had prepared and placed the thread near the mirror before Sharron entered it. He had this advantage because of his foresight and the divination he had before coming here. He smiled as he controlled Sharron, forcing her to walk to his side.
Sharron now had the thread around her body controlling her. She walked stiffly toward Rosango as her body was partially controlled. She wasn't fully under his control yet, still resisting and struggling. They were fighting in a realm of mystery. I need to do something. I must tip the balance, Klein thought, focusing his attention on the piece of paper in his hand.
"If you encounter a situation beyond your imagination, you can fuse your spirituality into this paper," he remembered Arthur saying to him. His clown ability told him to trust this paper. Klein injected his spirituality into the paper, and it fell to the ground.
A summoning formation formed on the ground! A figure materialized in front of everyone as the smoke of the summoning ritual soared upward. Arthur Pendragon appeared!
His eyes scanned everyone present until his gaze fell on Klein. "Not even an hour since I gave you this paper, and you're already in trouble, Sherlock," his playful voice echoed.
"Mr. Arthur, please help Ms. Sharron," Klein's words reached Arthur's ears.
"Sharron?" Arthur raised his eyes and stretched out his hand toward Rosango. "Universal Pull!" Rosango's body flew toward Arthur like a rag doll.
This is bad, Rosango thought, trembling as his body shivered uncomfortably. I might die... I must do something! Rosango let out flames from his back toward Arthur.
"Almighty Push!" A repelling force exploded, knocking Rosango away. His body flew past three buildings. The fight was over before it even began. Klein and Sharron watched, their mouths slightly open. They stared at Arthur incredulously. The enemy they had struggled to defeat was subdued by Arthur in two moves.
"Universal Pull." Rosango's corpse flew back toward Arthur, waking them from their stupor. Rosango's Beyonder characteristic arose from his dead body.
"His characteristic is tainted," Sharron said, breaking the silence. Klein looked at the characteristic, a pity.
He thought the Beyonder characteristic had been tainted by the True Creator. Arthur crouched down and picked up the characteristic.
"Sir," Klein and Sharron said urgently. They were worried the characteristic would corrupt Arthur. It was common sense for a Beyonder to avoid anything tainted by evil gods.
"Don't worry." Klein and Sharron saw Arthur's calm face and decided to relax. Does he have a way to purify the tainted artifact? Klein speculated.
Arthur's hand suddenly let out a fire, its flame consuming the characteristic. After the flame died down, the Beyonder characteristic was purified. Sharron and Klein just stared blankly.
"Catch," Arthur threw the characteristic to Klein. "This thing is no use to me," Klein heard Arthur's voice as he caught the characteristic.
Did he give me this? This should be worth at least 8,000 pounds in the market! Since Rosango is also from the Seer pathway, it means I won't have to consume a potion to get to sequence 5 when I reach sequence 6! Although I am only at sequence 8 right now... The most important question is why Mr. Arthur would give me this.
"May I ask why you are giving me this?" Klein asked, knowing that a free thing often cost the most.
"Oh, so you don't want it?" Arthur asked teasingly.
"No, no, I accept it," Klein said urgently. It seemed his actions betrayed his intention. Klein felt embarrassed at this moment.
Arthur just smiled meaningfully. He knew how poor Klein was. In the novel he had read, almost half of it was about Klein trying to earn money. He certainly didn't mind helping him in this area since he was wealthy in this world.
"But how do you know that I am a Seer?" Klein finally realized that Arthur already knew his sequence. He wanted to know how Arthur could accurately guess his sequence.
"Do you remember the glasses I lent you?" Arthur asked.
I see how it is, Klein thought. He must have observed me the moment I entered the room. By using the data of my detective profession and the analyzing power of those glasses, it's not hard to figure out my sequence. I need to be more careful when dealing with the White Tower Pathway in the future, Klein reflected.
"It seems you already have an answer. Mr. Sherlock is wise, as the rumor says," Arthur replied.
