Capítulo 121: Chapter 121: The Legendary Cheat Senju Hashirama

"What for?" Tsunade asked, puzzled by Shishou's request, but she still extended her small, soft hand.

A massive amount of energy flowed from Shishou's hand into her body, rapidly increasing her chakra reserves. The sensation left Tsunade astonished.

She never imagined that Shishou could increase her chakra so significantly and in such a short time, doubling her chakra reserves in mere minutes.

This was a sensation she had never experienced before.

No awakening?

Activating his Sharingan in secret, Shishou observed that Tsunade's chakra had merely increased several times without any other changes, leaving him slightly disappointed.

He had hoped that Tsunade, after receiving the energy feedback from Hashirama, Tobirama, and Mito, would directly awaken the power of Hashirama.

However, this might be for the best.

He planned to further enhance her strength once she became his woman, making it easier to win her over.

Hmm?

Suddenly, Shishou sensed someone approaching and disappeared instantly.

"Tsunade, what are you doing here?" The Third Hokage arrived with a few Konoha shinobi, shocked to see the several coffins in front of Tsunade.

The shinobi behind him were equally confused, staring at Tsunade standing by the graves, unsure why she was digging up her ancestors' graves.

The Third Hokage had been drawn by the noise from Shishou's Wood Release.

Never in his wildest dreams did he expect to find Tsunade digging up the graves of the First and Second Hokage, among others.

This was behavior unbecoming of a descendant!

No, it was the behavior of an unfilial granddaughter.

Tch, he escaped quickly!

Tsunade glanced around, seeing no sign of Shishou. After taking a sip of her sake, she turned to the Third Hokage.

"Old man, Orochimaru has learned the Reanimation Jutsu," she stated plainly. "To prevent my grandfather and the others from being disturbed, I'm taking care of their remains."

Given Tsunade's straightforward explanation, the Third Hokage immediately believed her.

After all, Tsunade was the direct granddaughter of the First Hokage, and no one cared more about these matters than she did.

Moreover, knowing Orochimaru, it was entirely plausible that he might use the Reanimation Jutsu on the First and Second Hokage.

The shinobi behind the Third Hokage, unfamiliar with the Reanimation Jutsu, looked bewildered.

"Have you been drinking?" The Third Hokage frowned, noticing the sake jug in Tsunade's hand.

Tsunade waved the jug nonchalantly. "Just a little."

"In that case, make sure to put them back later," the Third Hokage instructed, bowing in respect to the coffins before turning to Tsunade.

"Got it, now hurry up and leave," Tsunade replied impatiently, waving them off.

Seeing Tsunade shoo them away, the Third Hokage left with the Konoha shinobi.

Once they were gone, Tsunade continued to marvel at her rapidly increasing chakra, her face filled with excitement.

As the Third Hokage and his group departed, Shishou, hiding in the shadows, ignored Tsunade, who was still reveling in her chakra boost.

He then located the graves of the Fourth Hokage and Kushina, successfully absorbing their remains before using the Flying Thunder God to teleport to the Third Hokage's home, where he transferred the energy to the sleeping Naruto Uzumaki.

Finally, Shishou returned to Tsunade's side and placed the coffins of Hashirama and the others back into the ground.

After completing these tasks, he looked at Tsunade and asked, "I want to learn senjutsu. Do you have any suggestions?"

The senjutsu training method of Ryuchi Cave had too high a failure rate, so Shishou set his sights on Shikkotsu Forest and the Slug Sage.

"Senjutsu?" Tsunade looked at Shishou, this being the second time he had mentioned it in front of her. Although she didn't know much about senjutsu, she knew the Three Great Sage Regions taught it, so she couldn't answer him immediately.

After some thought, Tsunade said, "I'll check the scrolls my grandfather left behind when I return. If I find anything about senjutsu, I'll give it to you."

Since Shishou had increased her chakra significantly, she intended to reciprocate and repay his kindness.

Moreover, seeing Shishou's keen interest in senjutsu, Tsunade decided to learn more about it herself.

"Not later, now," Shishou insisted, eager after recalling how Hashirama could effortlessly summon anything with a clap of his hands.

He grabbed Tsunade and took her back to the Senju ancestral home.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" Tsunade pouted, but she led Shishou away from Shizune and the others to an empty room.

Summoning Katsuyu, Tsunade retrieved all the scrolls stored with the Slug Sage—two whole boxes full!

"What a great storage method," Shishou marveled at Katsuyu, who could store anything safely.

"Damn, so many scrolls..." Tsunade muttered, rummaging through the boxes without finding anything about senjutsu, grumbling all the while.

Tsunade, are you flexing? Shishou thought, exasperated by the sheer number of scrolls, most of which were thanks to her great-uncle Tobirama. Many of the forbidden techniques in the Scroll of Seals were his creations.

Seeing the plethora of scrolls before Tsunade, Shishou couldn't help but criticize inwardly.

Most people wished for as many jutsu training scrolls as possible, but Tsunade was complaining about having too many.

She might as well be called "Vain Tsunade."

Of course, to enjoy the sight of Tsunade's graceful figure as she searched through the scrolls, Shishou refrained from helping.

"Finally found it," Tsunade said, pulling out a scroll and handing it to Shishou.

As Shishou opened the scroll, Tsunade peered over his shoulder to read it as well.

What the hell? Hashirama's senjutsu wasn't from Shikkotsu Forest; he had figured it out himself.

No wonder his Sage Mode only had black markings and no slug-like characteristics.

Unlike Jiraiya, Naruto, and Kabuto, who exhibited toad or snake traits in Sage Mode, Hashirama only had a few markings...

After reading through Hashirama's senjutsu scroll, Shishou felt a headache coming on.

The scroll mainly detailed how to use senjutsu techniques like Sage Art: Gate of the Great God.

There was very little on how Hashirama had actually trained to achieve Sage Mode.

According to Hashirama's notes, one day while using Wood Release, he suddenly sensed some kind of energy. He then tried absorbing it and applying it internally.

Then, with a clap of his hands, Sage Mode activated!

From sensing the senjutsu chakra to entering Sage Mode, the entire process took less than ten seconds!

Less than ten seconds!

Truly a legendary cheat, Senju Hashirama!

"Looks like you can't learn it after all," Tsunade said, gloating after reading the scroll's description.

Shishou glared at her. "What if I do learn it?"

"Hmph," Tsunade crossed her arms, looking proud. "Do you think you're my grandfather? Stop dreaming. If you do manage to learn my grandfather's senjutsu, I'll do whatever you want."

Sweeping his gaze over Tsunade's impressive figure, Shishou grinned and said, "Anything? Even be my woman?"

Tsunade felt Shishou's intense gaze and inexplicably blushed but said nothing.

"Tch," Shishou clicked his tongue in disappointment, then looked at Tsunade and said, "I can not only learn senjutsu myself, but I can also teach others to learn it."

Hmm, curse marks also count as a form of senjutsu, Shishou added in his mind.

"Boasting!" Tsunade took a swig from the sake bottle beside her, gave Shishou a disdainful look, and said, "If you can teach Shizune my grandfather's senjutsu, I'll be your woman. Ugh..."

Tsunade downed the rest of the sake, smiled at Shishou, burped, and then collapsed on the floor, asleep.

She was already drunk.

"You said it yourself," Shishou muttered, tucking the senjutsu scroll into his robe and heading towards the door.

Bang!

He flung open the wooden door, revealing Shizune, who was eavesdropping.

This girl might as well be from the Yamanaka clan.

This was the second time...

Seeing Shizune's embarrassed face from being caught eavesdropping, Shishou was speechless.

"I was just checking on Lady Tsunade," Shizune awkwardly explained.

She had just sent Ino and Hinata home and returned to find the lights on in this room, which made her curious enough to eavesdrop.

"You heard everything?" Shishou asked, stepping aside to let Shizune in.

"Yes, I heard a bit," Shizune nodded.

"Once you learn senjutsu, you'll be able to protect yourself. Do you want to learn senjutsu?" Shishou asked. If Shizune didn't want to learn senjutsu, no matter how skilled he was, it would be useless.

Remembering how she almost caused Tsunade's death by dragging her down last time, Shizune nodded firmly, "I do!"

"If you want to learn senjutsu, you'll have to listen to me from now on. Are you prepared for that?" Shishou asked casually while picking through the pile of scrolls.

With Tsunade drunk and Shizune compliant, he felt it was only fair to take some scrolls for himself.

"Yes!" Shizune nodded solemnly, though she hesitated seeing what Shishou was doing.

"I'll leave her in your care. I'll come back to find you later," Shishou said after picking a few scrolls he thought might be useful, then walked over to Shizune and pinched her cheek.

Blushing, Shizune obediently let him pinch her cheek like a docile little rabbit, remembering Shishou's words.

How obedient, truly adorable.

Shishou praised her and then disappeared.

The next day.

Tsunade woke up, blinking her eyes.

Then she widened her eyes in frustration, grabbing her throbbing head.

She remembered the bet she made with Shishou last night.

"This sake is truly harmful!!!"

...

A few days later.

In a forest near the border of the Land of Fire.

"So, how did it go?" Shishou asked the figure before him.

"Lady Tsunade is indeed in Konoha," the figure turned, revealing Uchiha Itachi's face.

After their brief exchange last time, Itachi had not fully trusted Shishou and had used his own information channels to investigate Konoha, confirming that Shishou's words were true before deciding to cooperate with him.

Hearing Itachi's words, Shishou wasn't surprised because everything he told Itachi was true.

Except for hiding his relationship with Mikoto and the identity of Uchiha Izumi.

This wasn't out of concern but because he feared Itachi wouldn't accept it.

"Your strength has increased again..." Itachi observed, pursing his lips.

Last time, Itachi didn't feel it as clearly, but now he could sense the powerful aura emanating from Shishou.

"I've had a breakthrough recently," Shishou admitted, then continued, "I want you to help me find information on Zetsu or locate his secret base."

"Zetsu? You mean Black Zetsu?" Itachi asked, surprised.

"Yes, I want to know where he is," Shishou nodded.

His target was the biggest mastermind in the ninja world—Black Zetsu!

If he wanted to reform the ninja world and prevent the Fourth Great Ninja War, Black Zetsu was a necessary enemy to eliminate.

Hearing this, Itachi shook his head, "He can move quickly with his Mayfly technique, making it impossible to track him, just like how the Akatsuki can't track you because of your Flying Thunder God technique."

Hearing Itachi's explanation, Shishou frowned, then asked, "What are the Akatsuki's recent plans?"

"Recruiting new members and lying low," Itachi replied, glancing at Shishou before continuing, "The leader of the Akatsuki has his eyes on you and plans to recruit you, so be careful."

Recruit me into Akatsuki?

Unless you send Konan to beg me, I won't even consider it.

Shishou muttered to himself, signaling Itachi not to worry.

Before, he would have been concerned about facing the Six Paths of Pain alone, but now, he was eager to fight them and test his current strength.

"Is there anything else?" Itachi asked, narrowing his eyes as Shishou seemed unconcerned about the Akatsuki leader.

Shishou, deep in thought about how to lure out Black Zetsu, suddenly asked, "Is Black Zetsu responsible for reconnaissance in the Akatsuki?"

"Yes," Itachi confirmed.

Hearing this, Shishou thought of a plan.

He wrote something on a piece of paper and threw it to Itachi.

Since they didn't fully trust each other, they maintained a thirty-meter distance.

"Are you sure about this? The leader might come after you," Itachi asked, surprised after reading the note.

The note revealed that Shishou would be in a desert city in the Land of Wind next month, and Itachi needed to leak this information to the Akatsuki.

"I'm sure," Shishou nodded, ready to risk it to lure out Black Zetsu and send him to meet his mother, Kaguya.

Besides, he was genuinely curious to fight the Six Paths of Pain to test his strength.

"If that's the case, I know what to do. Goodbye," Itachi said, burning the note and using the Body Flicker Technique to leave.

He had been away from Kisame for too long and needed to return to avoid suspicion.

"Don't forget what I told you earlier," Shishou called out as Itachi left.

Itachi glanced back at Shishou, said nothing, and swiftly departed.

After ensuring everything was clear, Shishou used the Flying Thunder God to leave the forest and return to his secret lab.

Swish!

Shishou's figure appeared on the teleportation platform, and he walked straight to the lab.

The female assistant had been sent away, leaving the base empty.

Entering the lab, Shishou retrieved the golden caterpillar and the healing bug from the insect breeding space.

His Sharingan spun rapidly, connecting into a pattern.
