Nearby, Elysia and the others were locked in combat, taking down three emperor-class Honkai beasts with relentless precision. But Kevin's focus remained on the Herrscher, who suddenly unleashed a laser blast of light that sped towards him at the speed of light.
With the authority of reason enhancing his processing speed, Kevin could see the beams of light approaching. His reflexes kicked in, and he dodged the attack, which continued its path, instantly disintegratinga large area of the sea by converting it into photons.
"Damn," Kevin muttered to himself, realizing the destruction this battle could cause. "I need to change the location to minimize the damage."
His eyes turned a deep purple, and he used time acceleration to close the distance between him and the Herrscher, teleporting both of them into the deep sea of the Atlantic Ocean with the void authority. They floated above the dark, churning waters, the air thick with anticipation as their battle began.

A metallic sound echoed through the air, followed by a massive shockwave that sent ripples through the ocean. Kevin's eyes went wide in disbelief as the Herrscher spoke, her voice laced with amusement.
"A Herrscher of Finality who broke free from control... quite amusing," she said with a smirk.
"Who are you?" Kevin demanded, his voice edged with suspicion. He could sense that the aura of the Herrscher had changed, becoming something far more dangerous.
The wounds on her body began to close rapidly, her aura growing stronger and stronger.
Kevin frowned, quickly pulling back to a safe distance. The Herrscher moved through the air, and suddenly, a pair of golden wings appeared on her back. Countless golden feathers danced around her, sweeping out a large expanse of light.

Kevin dodged out of the way as the golden light swept across the sea, disintegrating everything in its path.
"If this keeps up, the planet will be destroyed," Kevin thought grimly. "I have to do something."
"Just come with me and ill stop doing this Destruction," the Herrscher said, her voice filled with confidence.
"I'm not going anywhere with you". Kevin replied.
She opened her mouth, and a wave of light shot towards Kevin.
In retaliation, Kevin summoned dark matter, dispersing the incoming attack into nothingness. Black substance and golden light collided, resulting in a massive explosion that knocked them both back.
"Damn. Who the hell is the entity inside the Herrscher?" Kevin wondered, his mind racing for answers.
"You should just give up!" the Herrscher taunted. "If my real self were here, this fight would already be over." She reached out and summoned a huge hand of light, grabbing Kevin with its immense power.

"She can even create time fractures... but that's the Final Herrscher's authority!" Kevin thought in alarm.
"System, who the hell is she?" Kevin mentally complained, feeling the Herrscher's grip tighten around him.

He grew two large horns on his head, wings on his back, and a tail. His skin was now covered in blackish blue scales similar to the blue- Black dragon and his eyes glowed a bright ruby red.
"What...?" Yue, the entity within the Herrscher, was astonished. "What a formidable ability," she murmured, feeling a shiver of excitement as she gazed at Kevin.
Kevin vanished in an instant, and a huge explosion echoed across the battlefield as he sent the Herrscher flying several kilometers away. Yue stopped in mid-air, coughing up blood as she struggled to comprehend the new level of power Kevin had reached.
"This era's humans also have put the genes of Honkai beasts in them..." she muttered, her mind was totally on Kevin. Her cheek blushed at the thought of taking Kevin with him.
Kevin didn't give her a chance to recover, delivering a bone-cracking punch to her back. Before it can reach there a flash pillor of light striking Kevin.
"Golden law, suppression!" Yue shouted, She didn't want anything unexpected to happen, so she decisively used her powerful sealing techniques. Numerous golden light pillars appeared in mid-air, surrounding Kevin and bombarding him with tremendous force.
Kevin rushed left and right, trying to evade the attacks, but the relentless barrage battered him until his scales cracked in many places and blood flowed from it.
"She can't match me in physical strength, but her techniques are something else," Kevin thought, gritting his teeth.
"You are so extraordinary," Yue mused, her voice filled with grudging admiration as all of her injuries healed instantly.
"I'll also unleash my true powers," she declared, and Kevin's eyes widened in shock as the Herrscher's aura changed from yellow to a dazzling gold. Four light wings sprouted from her back, and a white crown appeared on her forehead.

Again, blinding light radiated from the Herrscher, healing her wounds.
Then the herrecher murmured something and the sky turned yellow, the sound of trumpets echoed from the clouds. Suddenly, a beam of light descended on Kevin, engulfing him completely.
Yue had activated Judgment Light, an attack that drew power from the upper realms.
The blast created a deep hole in the ocean, and half of Kevin's body was blown apart. He fell into the sea, going deeper and deeper.

"You're still alive?" Yue's voice was filled with genuine surprise.
Kevin's image in the sea disappeared as he teleported beside her, delivering a sharp uppercut that sent her flying.
He didn't let up, kicking her down into the ocean with a powerful blow.
"Enough!" the Herrscher screamed, unleashing an intense light that shot in all directions. Kevin's pupils shrank, and he retreated, knowing that deceleration wouldn't work on her.
"My energy reserves aren't enough compared to hers," Kevin realized, sensing that her energy levels were 750% higher than Himeko's.
The Herrscher constructed a weapon, and Kevin transformed his sword into a deep red blade. They clashed in the sky and water, sometimes underwater, their blows shattering the very fabric of space like glass.
A deep wound appeared on Kevin's chest, and the Herrscher's arm was severed, but she quickly healed, her body now emitting a blinding golden light.
Kevin's sword slipped from his hand, but he gritted his teeth, bending space to crush the Herrscher's body and delivering a powerful punch to her face.
Kevin applied space control to transfer his power directly into her , Destroying her from insides. The herrscher got blown away.
A strange laser beam shot towards Kevin, passing through his lungs and heart. He clutched his chest, noticing the Herrscher's eyes glowing deep gold again. He barely managed to dodge the next attack.
Various light beam hit him passing through his body making small holes in him.
"Mei, is the armor ready?" Kevin called out to Mei through their soul bond.
Yes," Mei replied, and Kevin summoned a box that appeared in front of him. The box transformed, covering Kevin's body in a powerful new armor. His aura surged, the armor unleashing the power of the Herrscher of Stars.
Kevin's body now underwent nuclear fusion, combining the surrounding Honkai energy with his own to create an incredibly dense energy.
"Those humans... they've created another threatening item," Yue said, her gaze fixed on Kevin.
Their battle continued for 7 relentless hours. Kevin learned many ways to combine attacks with different properties from her, their clashes dismantling the tectonic plates near the Alantic Ocean.
The deceleration effect started to slow Yue down, and Kevin noticed her movements becoming sluggish.
