The conversation with Wanda and Pietro made Noah reconsider his plans again. Since it's confirmed from their description that their origin was the same as MCU, he doesn't have to worry too much about the possibility of things blowing up to world class disaster for quite some time.

While Noah was thinking, the water in the iron pot warmed up, interrupting his's thoughts. He regained his senses and stopped thinking about world disaster for the time being, 'let's get the meal ready first.'

The rest started boiling some ingredients in another pot. Since he couldn't find any oil, he fried the pork first to get the lard out, then cut the meat with dagger from the base and asked the other children to soak the vegetables and the meat separately.
Due to limited fresh ingredient, he can't make any complex dish for now. So he simply used the plain dishes from his memory and stewed them thoroughly. Eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, green peppers, corn, and a few simple seasonings, plus pork, stewed for half an hour to create a pot of plain stew. Then he used the remaining lard to fry a few large beef, lamb chops and soft breads to serve as a main course.
The aroma wafted throughout the room, making the hungry children who had not eaten meat for so long drool. Like him, the other children also don't have anyone to call their own in this world anymore. So he can just make it so that, they can call each other family.
