Stevens pov
Kendall took out her phone and we tracked Selena's watch and we managed to track her location. Aria and I took the car and drived towards the location. Today was the day I wanted to confess my feelings to Aria, but wishes aren't horses are there. Am not even sure if Aria feels for me the way I feel for her, but I would wait patiently, a patient bone eats the fastest bone right.
But all I care about now is selenas safety, if anything happens to her I promise I would burn anyone involved. The location was the Dontons resident. What do the Dontons have to do with Selena, they were one of the reputed families in the country. They majored in real estate and buildings, and we have no business in real estate so to be blunt there is no business rival between us, what could be the reason for them to abduct Selena.
We reached the front gate but the guards refused to open the gate for us saying we have no appointment hence we can't enter. I looked at Aria and she looked at me, one thing is that in serious situations Aria and I don't necessarily have to talk with words, we understand what the other is saying with their eyes.
Since talking to this guards isn't making a difference, we have to fight them, after all it's about our daughter's safety. I grabbed one of the guards and hit his back to the wall with great force that's his back cracked, I was conscious of what I was doing, I have no intention of harming the guard, just giving him pain. While Aria elbowed the other guy on the neck and he had to crunch because of the excruciating pain.
Aria and I walked in to the house and as soon as we entered the main building we saw Selena, she was surrounded by an elderly woman on a wheel chair and a tall muscular man who I assumed to be gorge donton, and Selena was clearly scared of them.
" What on earth are you doing to my daughter you bastards" Aria half screamed. For the first time they noticed our presence and Selena ran to us in an instance, " mommah, Stevie, you are here to take me right, am very scared" she said with a shaken voice and I just felt like tearing those two apart, I had never seen Selena so frightened like this.
" Sel don't worry, mommah and I are here to rescue you ok. Tell me what happened why did you go with a stranger" I asked. " Stevie, that man told me that he is my papa and he is going to take me to mommy, I didn't want to believe him at first but he had been coming to my school for weeks now and insisted that he is my father, when I refused to follow him he covered my nose with a handkerchief and when I opened my eyes I was here" she said crying, I hugged her to comfort her.
" Mr donton it seems you have no morals whatsoever, how dare you call my daughter your child, and when she refused to come with you, you kidnapped her, are you out of your senses" Aria asked, her eyes red with anger and her voice as cold as ice.
The woman on the wheelchair wheeled herself towards us and then said, " if you are Selenas mother, then my son is her father and we have every right to our child and the heir of this family, so why keep her away from her family" and if not that she was a sick old woman I would have ripped her throat out, I am Selenas father, not yet ofcourse, but I would be one day, and I love her more than a father would. Moreover what father, he never appeared in her life all this years and now he appears wanting a claim to her, how sure are we that he is not lying.
" With all due respect mam, Selena is my daughter and absolutely no one has a claim to her other than me, she is my child ok, and I might overlook this your mistake but don't ever think of coming close or so much as look into the direction of my daughter other wise you won't know the end of it" Aria warned in a deadly calm tone.
" Here is the DNA report Ms Thayer, Selena is the daughter of the donton family, you had kept her away from her family for 6 years not anymore, I want my daughter with me in my house" George donton said handing over a paper which I guess is the DNA result to Aria.
" Keep your documents, result whatsoever to yourself, am having none of it, if you want an heir get married, have a child and make the child your heir, but not my daughter" Aria warned and it gave my mind a certain relief.
" You can't deny she is the daughter of the donton family and you can't strip her of that right" the old woman said again. " And how exactly is she the daughter of the donton family" Aria said with a raised brow.
" 7 years ago there had been a circulation of the Thayer familys infertility on her engagement day. The engagement ceremony happened at diamonds hotels and resort and on the second floor of the hotel the Dontons also had a party to celebrate a big deal. At that day I was drugged by some enemies and spent a night with a girl I can't remember, I just barged into a random room. After that night I had been looking for that girl but got no lead"
" I saw the news on the wedding and the pictures and I knew then that Ms Aria Thayer was the girl I was searching for, but news of your suicide came in and I thought that was all untill I saw Selena one day at her school. I had a guy feeling that she was my daughter and I secretly conducted a DNA test which proved that she was indeed my daughter, so think about it clearly and see if the dots connect and you will know for sure that Selena is the daughter of the donton family" George donton explained and I felt my heart fell, what if she accepts George, she won't but there is a possibility she can, what would I do then
