Capítulo 53: Bad Witches

Saffron Storm had seen enough of the effects of bloodflame psychosis. Most vampires experienced it much later in life, but it looked like Xavier was one of the few who were lucky or unlucky.

She hoped he would survive it instead of turning into a mad creature because if his family or other people eyeing his power got a hold of his weakness, they would not stop until they destroyed him.

Xavier felt uncomfortable as Saffron Storm looked at him with narrowed eyes. He felt as uneasy as most supernatural beings and even humans who knew of their existence were in the presence of witches. 

Witches were one of the main groups of supernatural beings in their world alongside vampires and werewolves. They were thought to bring balance and harmony between the two groups.
