Kade sat in his newly rebuilt throne room, Kade hasn't notice but, as he grow stronger the desire to rule grows as well, and what would a ruler be without a throne.
The infected worked diligently outside, rebuilding the city, with their nigh infinite stamina, making them the perfect labourers.
As he was tapping his fingers on his throne, He felt the presence of his expected visitors before they arrived, a shift in the air that signaled something significant.
A bright light filled the room as several figures materialized. They were majestic and imposing, each one exuding an aura of immense power. The winged bastards had arrived.
Kade rose from his throne, a polite smile on his face. "Welcome. I've been expecting you."
One of the Rulers, a figure clad in brilliant white armor, stepped forward. "Kade, we are the Rulers. We have been observing you and your actions."
Kade nodded, his smile never wavering. "I assume this is not just a social visit."
The Ruler's expression remained calm. "Indeed. We are here to propose an alliance. We know of your conflict with the Monarchs, and we believe our interests align."
Kade's eyes gleamed with interest. "Go on."
The Ruler continued, "The Monarchs are a threat to both our realms and yours. They seek to plunge the world into chaos, and you stand in their way. We offer you our support in your fight against them."
Kade leaned back slightly, contemplating. "And what do you expect in return?"
"Kill the Monarchs," the Ruler said simply. "Eliminate them, and we will ensure you and your territory are protected from outsider's interference . We will leave you to rule as you see fit."
Kade's smile widened. "An interesting proposition. You offer your support, but what assurances do I have that you will keep your end of the bargain?"
Another Ruler, a figure with a serene, almost ethereal presence, spoke up. "We are beings of our word, Kade. Our motives are transparent. We need the Monarchs gone to restore balance. Your strength and our guidance can achieve this."
Kade nodded slowly. "And if I refuse?"
The atmosphere in the room grew tense, but the Ruler's voice remained calm. "Refusing would mean facing both the Monarchs and us. A battle you may not win, even with your considerable power."
Kade chuckled softly. "A polite threat. I admire your diplomacy."
The lead Ruler stepped forward again. "This alliance benefits us both, Kade. With our help, you can focus your power and resources on defeating the Monarchs. Once they are eliminated, you will have the freedom to rule without interference."
Kade considered their words carefully. He had no love for the Monarchs, and an alliance with the Rulers could tip the scales in his favor. But he was not one to trust easily.
"I accept your offer," Kade said finally. "But I have a condition. I want the ability to travel to where the Monarchs reside. This power will ensure I can hunt them down effectively."
The Rulers exchanged hesitant glances. The lead Ruler spoke again, his voice cautious. "That would be a bit complicated..."
Kade's smile turned sharper. "Then you must decide if you trust me enough to honor our agreement. Without this ability, your offer is incomplete."
The Rulers deliberated silently, their expressions serious. Finally, the serene Ruler nodded. "We will grant you this ability, but know that any suspicions will be met with swift retribution."
Kade extended his hand, and the lead Ruler clasped it firmly. "To a successful alliance," the Ruler said.
"To a successful alliance," Kade echoed, his smile returning.
As the Rulers prepared to leave, Kade couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation. The battle against the Monarchs would be a lot easier with his yet again new ability and the support of the so called Rulers.
The Rulers vanished in a flash of light, leaving Kade alone in his throne room. He sat back down, a thoughtful expression on his face as he felt a stone in his palm.
Opening it, there was a purple stone with a sigil in the middle, without even hesitation small black tendrils came out of his palm and consumed the stone.
Kade felt it, he felt the power he needed to kill those monarchs, he didn't even need to try it to know how to use it.
'To be able to cut space itself and travel through it is fascinating, but most importantly, there's seems to be a level to this ability' Kade was thinking as he zoned out, already thinking of so many thinks he could do with this ability.
Meanwhile, far away from earth, The Rulers were watching Kade as he plays with his new ability
"To entrust a human an important mission as this, we really have become incompetent"
"No, we have seen the future, for a monster like that human it is better for us to be ally"
"I supposed you're right, he did kill us all after all"
The shocking revelation was talked about as they watched Kade, they don't mind giving him a few planets if he wants, they wouldn't lose out at all if he kills the Monarchs for them.
Not to mention they now have a good chance of surviving the incoming armageddon…or massacre by this being that seem to just popped out of nowhere.
They had investigated and all the first time Kade woke up in the alley, but they could not find anything about this being called Kade, which only left them on one final conclusion.
He came from somewhere where even their creator didn't have an influence, somewhere they dared not think about as they have enough problems on their own universe.
While this was all happening, Kade made a move. He ordered all his minions that is leagues above S ranks to gather.
There was more than 20 of them, including all the S ranks from Japan and Woo Jinchul then the rest are bunch of A rank hunters he controlled and made stronger with his biomass.
"Let's go pay a visit to our dear friend Jinwoo and The Association, time to end this already extended drama. Can't believe the author stretched it this far"
