Capítulo 2: Chapter 2: New World!!!
Leonardo woke up with a splitting headache wondering what happened and why everything around him was giant, as he looked around he started to remember.
'That's right Jackson and the war then I found out the ???, why can't I remember.' WAHHHHHHHHHH Leonardo let out a loud whale as the pain in his head reached its peak, the giants were smiling at him for some reason, also aren't the giants extinct Leonardo remembered that the last one died in the war on their side. Then the headache came again causing him to wail again.
"Look honey he seems healthy and lively and he can yell real good too." Laughed the male giant.
"John he was just born at least now we know his airway is clear and works well." scolded the female giant in some language Leonardo didn't understand, it sounded as though they were speaking gibberish.
'what are they saying?' wondered Leonardo as he looked around still trying to figure out where and what he was.
[Sometime Later]
Leonardo now named Leo Night had finally figured out what happened his soul had somehow come to this world and entered this baby's body, that's right the once all-powerful Magnus the Sage of Elements is now a baby. The frustration Leonardo... Leo feels is immense and not being able to control his body. the last few days were rough on him especially since he can't control when to go the bathroom and can't move much either as his muscles are undeveloped, At least he gets food every day unlike his last life he has parents who seem to love and care about him, although he still doesn't know their names as he is still learning the language, but he is close to figuring things out.
After a few minutes, Leo's parents came in and were discussing some things he could barely figure out. "*** ** *** ***ct h*m to d* so**thi** l**e th*t m*na doe*n't manifes* til* they are around ten years of age, not to mention he was just born recently How could you have felt mana in him?" asked Leos father.
"Well I felt mana in him when he was feeding earlier, but then it disappeared, I'm just worried you know what can happen when a baby or infant manifests mana they can accidentally injure themselves or worse explode." Said Leo's mother with clear agitation and worry in her voice.
Leo at the side was happy cause he finally got to understand words, but then he was puzzled how could there be anyone who could sense the little mana he gathered from the air that would make them at least Intermediate S-rank how could his mother be so strong and live in such a small house. (The house is in fact not small but to Leo from his last life it is.)
His father let out a sigh and said "I guess it will make you less worried can go and get his mana tested, and if he does have mana we will have to put him under strict supervision so he doesn't hurt himself or worse is that ok love?"
His mother just nodded.
(1 Year Later)
Leo had figured out some things about the world and found out he is in a world that has technological advancement with things like electricity and the internet whatever that second one is, he was brought out to test for mana and it was found that he does in fact not have any mana, he had hidden it so it was not found so he didn't worry his parents and he could live a little more freely without the 24/7 magic surveillance, his parents John and Sarah Night were worried he awakened his magic and that would not be good, also that's right he finally knows there names anyway, because everyone has an inherent amount of magic it is just dormant, based on this amount of mana when it awakens will show how far one can go in the future and the magic and things they practice in the future and they rank the will reach. the ranks in this world seem to be the same as in his previous world them being.
E-rank, D-rank, C-rank, B-rank, A-rank, S-rank, National-rank, though in this world national rank is the highest in Leo old world they were called Kingdom-Rank or King-rank as they can destroy a kingdom and rule one as well as kingdom with out a King-rank in it was essentially subservient to other nations with one, there is no mention of the rank above it that being the Magnus or the Saint rank it has other names such as the Monarch-rank or Ruler-rank beings able to destroy a world with relative ease.
'Odd without one to protect this world it managed to grow to this level'. thought Leo as his parents made their way into his baby's room.
A man with dark brown hair and brown eyes at around 6'3", and a woman who has long silver-blue hair more silver than blue standing at 5'8".
His father started talking in that stupid baby voice "Ahhh Leo do you want to go outside and play with daddy, I will take you some place you will see a lot in the future."
"Are you sure about this dear is Nina and Kaleb ok to have us over after what just happened with them," asked Sarah, she was worried since their friends had just gone through a lot recently.
"Well I'm just bringing Leo so he can meet Lily, he can make a friend and we can talk with them about the incident, Kaleb called and asked me to come over," said John as he picked Leo up out of the playpen.
"All right since he called it means they are ready to ask for help from us let's head on over," said Sarah as she started getting Leo ready to go after taking him from John's hands the nanny was on vacation for a few days.
They arrived outside of Kaleb's mansion and the gate opened to let them in there they met Nina a lady with long black hair and deep green eyes she was also 5'8", then there was a man beside her with light brown hair and brown eyes and stood at a height of 6', then a young girl in Nina's arms her name Lily and she had Light brown hair and beautiful green eyes like her mothers she is the same age as Leo.
"Come on in John, Sarah, and little Leo." Nina invited them in and sent Lily and Leo to play together in some other room with Lily's Nanny.
"So Kaleb what happened with Lily," asked John with a solemn expression.
"Well, where to start she was learning to walk and fell, and hurt herself a little then started crying as kids do." They all nodded in agreement except Leo that is the case, "Well before Nina even tried to heal her she... used Healing Magic to heal herself."
""WHAT."" exclaimed John and Sarah in surprise they knew Lily had her mana awakened when she was born which was worrying but it just didn't seem to do anything, and it was light magic affinity the weakest magic in the early stages so they were not to worry but to find out she can use healing magic an advance application of light, water, and nature magic is a shock.
"Yes, this is the problem Nina the healing saint the fastest in history to use healing magic in the world took 3 years to learn it but Lily can use it before she even knows in detail what magic is, that is the problem," said Kaleb, knowing this could get his daughter in trouble with those beings if found out.
Leo was looking at Lily in shock as she healed his bruised hand from when he hit it off the toy house just now...
