It was unknown how or why it happened, but the crimson-haired terror was currently interacting with a series of world lines—world lines that held up absolutely everything in his territory.

Going off that note, the extent of the world lines and also the extent of his control over them were unable to exceed the territory termed the 'Heaven Exploding Sect'.
