Rika did not care much about the mafia world and what happened there. It felt as if there was one problem after another that constantly plagued that place.

But this was a cause of concern because this kind of drug had too many applicable cases, especially in politics, where this could be used as a deadly weapon.

It had the potential of turning the world upside down if this drug was regularly used.

"So, what have you planned thus far? How are you going to take care of these drugs?"

Rika asked, and Rocxx looked worried on his face. 

He seemed to have a plan but did not want to speak out loud. He also gave Rika a look that made her shiver. It felt like Rocxx wanted something from Rika, but she had nothing to give him.

Rocxx seemed to be debating with himself when Zhu Li decided to speak up.
