Sobek's voice trembled with unease as he questioned Set, "Does that reed marsh stretch across the entire expanse of the underworld?"
Set shook his head, a shadow of concern flickering across his features. "No, it predominantly hidden in the underworld's vast expanses of scorched earth."
Time had pressed him, and his escape from the underworld, right after securing the fragmented power of destiny, had been hasty. Set hadn't considered the entire reed marsh then, but he had cast a glance at its boundaries as they neared the Styx. There, the charred, barren lands still peeked through, proof that the marsh didn't envelop all.
"Not completely covered?!" Sobek's voice cracked, his eyes wide with disbelief, a sense of betrayal seeping into his tone.
"Indeed," Set confirmed with a nod. "Is there something specific that concerns you?"
