Johan gripped the control stick tightly, as if his life depended on every movement he made. Cold sweat trickled down his temples as his mind raced, searching for a way to lure Nidhogg to the spot Yumi had directed. His fighter jet sliced through the air with precision, skimming dangerously close to the ground at breakneck speed, as if flirting with the edge of death. The large pit near the World Tree was his only hope, but the path there was fraught with dangers, each second a gamble.

Nidhogg, with its jet-black scales glistening under the moonlight, was no fool. Its blood-red eyes, filled with hatred, locked onto Johan's jet, almost as if it could anticipate every move being planned. The beast knew Johan was trying to lead it into a trap, and its ancient instincts were not easily deceived. Cunningly, Nidhogg paused, its jaws gnawing at the roots of the World Tree that stretched underground, absorbing energy that slowly began to heal its massive body.
