I've decided to stop writing more than two stories at once for a variety of good and not-so-good reasons, the most important of which is to ensure that my efforts have meaning to me.
Debating with iron-thumb democratic propagandists about story-related ethical issues (explained in the synopsis already) is not what I was born to do, nor was it my original reason for picking up a pen.
It's boring to me.
I come here to have a good time, not to mince words or grow grumpy and respond a bit too cleverly to patriotic and avenging bots.
I have a PhD in being an asshole too, if you didn't know. It's ingrained in me from birth. I'm not that quiet guy at school that you shouldn't anger; I'm the one who shrugs off and turns his back on the headmaster when he expects me to be respectful of him.
When most people are annoyed, including that quiet guy, they maintain a sense of self-preservation; I lose mine and don't care.
Writing more than two stories is not feasible for me, reasonably speaking, even if I can exceed 15K a week when truly motivated. Unfortunately, I've been lazy lately and have only written about 10,000 words. Only this story, along with my Smallville one, will survive my decision.
The two stories are multiverse in nature and share themes, each in their own distinct respect, with the ones I deleted, so they will feature the worlds in question later. (Arrowverse for Smallville and Last Kingdom for Vikings)
