The morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow across the room. I stirred, my body still warm from the night's passion. Beside me, Elena slept peacefully, her face relaxed and serene.

I watched her for a moment, marveling at how beautiful she looked, even with a few hickeys marking her skin. Those were the marks of our love, and I cherished each one.

Gently, I brushed a strand of hair from her face, and her eyes fluttered open. She smiled sleepily, her gaze meeting mine. "Good morning," she murmured.

"Good morning, love," I replied, my voice soft. "How did you sleep?"

"Like a rock," she said with a giggle. "I was exhausted."

"I wonder why," I teased, leaning in to kiss her forehead. "You're becoming quite bold, you know."
