Capítulo 100: The Awakening Of The Five Elders
I stubbornly cracked my neck before lunging at Saint Saturn, his little swat at me felt stronger than the others. So it only made sense for me to start with him, and follow up with the rest. Saint Saturn, who seemed to notice, instantly raised his walking stick and slammed it down at me. At this moment of time, Saturn had turned his feet into spider feet, I could see a black ribbon start to form around the Five Elders as some of them merged with their animal forms.
To be specific, about three of them had human like appearances to merge with their animal form. Nusjuro, Saturn and Warcury simply merged their human forms; and they looked quite powerful.
However, that didn't faze me in the slightest; if anything, it just made my grin widen for a bit. I grabbed Labrys and covered it with Ryuo and Advanced Armament haki.
It was obvious that I would be needing this if I wanted to put these old geezers to sleep. Swinging my axe at Saturn, he met my swing with his. Conqurer's haki burst forth from the both of us, if there were any bystanders nearby. It was obvious that they had to be either knocked out or dead by now. However, his strength wasn't enough to faze me much. I shoved him back and gave him a fierce push kick right in the gut. It sent him right at the direction of the Pangea castle, but he got saved from hitting the building by Warcury.
Nusjuro wasted no time taking advantage of the situation after my little clash with Saturn. He quickly appeared in front of me and swung his katana horizontally. I could feel chills eminating from the incoming attack.
"Hade's Snow!"
"Lightning of The Dead!"
I immediately channeled my haki and met his blade with mine. I had both my hands near the end of Labry's handle when I attack. I wanted to snap his blade in two, however, his Armament haki wouldn't let me do so. The most I could do is push him back, however, when I tried to make distance from him. He used my easing momentum to increase his, he was obviously trying to cut through Labrys as well.
Mars used this oppurtunity to attack me with his sharp talons, he grabbed my Torso when Nusjuro raised me up and took to the sky. It was then that I had seen Ju Peter opening his mouth to an even larger diameter. I could clearly see what they were upto, I smiled and grabbed one of Mars' talons. Using brute strength, I managed to make him let go of one side of my torso. I felt Marcus momentarily lose balance because of the pain, but that was all that I needed. Right as Mars let go of me with the other talon.
I threw him right at Ju Peter, and in order for him to delay his recovery. I used the Lightning of Destruction to cut the Bird that was Saint Mars deep. Ju Peter had clearly seen what was happening because he was in the process of closing his mouth, but I wouldn't let him. I immediately used Soru to appear right in front of him. He couldn't even move as I channeled even more Lightning cut his jaws using the Lightning of the Dead.
Ju Peter screamed in agony as he couldn't close his mouth, and he ended up getting a mouthful of Saint Mars right in the end. I was about to leap and finish the two off when I got a resounding slam from Saint Warcury. He was in his hybrid form, and his tusks literally stabbed into my chest as I was sent flying all the way to Saint Nusjuro.
Nusjuro immediately appeared in front of me.
"Hade's wrath!!"
With a precise horizontal swing of his blade. He almost split me in two and froze my insides, I had to cover the area that he attacked with Ryuo just to offset some of the damage that he had inflicted. The attack had immediately sent me Saturn's way, it was as if they were trying to play hot potatoe with me as the potatoe; but I didn't like it.
Using the speed that Nusjuro's attack had sent me flying with, I immediately began to propell myself at Saturn. At this moment of time, Saturn had covered his cain with some of his nasty acidic venom. I could feel its erosion more and more as I got closer to him, but, I could also see Warcury and Nusjuro chasing after me. It was obvious that they had used foresight to predict my future moves, but it was too late.
I immediately used Eldens Lyn point blank in front of Saturn, he didn't even have the time to react as the impact slammed at his face. I smiled the moment I felt that Labrys had made contact with some of Saturn's flesh, and I brutally swung upwards, I was trying my damnest to split one of these old coots in two.
Unfortunately, his resilience held true, because all that attack really did was send him flying through Pangea Castle and slamming right into Sengoku, who was still fighting Whitebeard. I momentarily sensed Whitebeard's surprise as he saw his archnemisis go flying along with a large spider. However, now wasn't the time to laugh at that, there were still two Elders left standing. Moreover, I could sense that those bastards Ju Peter and Mars were slowly beginning to recuperate. I needed to handle these two quickly.
Nusjuro and Warcury instantly appeared in front of me and attacked. Warcury continued using his sharp tusks to stab at me, while Nusjuro continued trying to decapitate me with his blade. Their offensive pressure made me step back offensively, and emphasize my defensive capabilities more.
Right as I dodged another devastating charge from Warcury, Nusjuro appeared right in front of my with his blade sheathed. His intentions were more than obvious, but this time, I was ready for it. I instantly charged lightning within Labrys and swung upwards.
"Fulgur Perditionis!!!"
"Hades' Wrath!!!!"
The Ice covered blade clashed with The Lightning Of Destruction, The explosion caused by our clash completely engulfing our surroundings. I sensed Warcury approach me from the side, it looked like he wanted to put another hole in me. I was still recovering from the previous hole that he had punctured through my chest, so I immediately channeled more lightning from within. The increase of lightning burst out like a shockwave and sent Warcury flying.
It also made Nusjuro, who was still trying to overpower me in this clash, stagger back a bit. I immediately sensed that and used all my strength to overpower his attack. It immediately sensed his vulnerability and continued to press forward. Nusjuro broke his guard and immediately reared back to his hind legs to break our clash.
I saw this as a perfect oppurtunity to deal a fatal blow, so I immediately used Soru to appear right in front of him and raised my axe with both my hands.
"Fulgur Mortuorum!!!"
I sent the Lightning of the Dead to slam him on his back. He tried to defend it and cover his body with Armament Haki, but it wasn't enough to completely block it. I broke his guard and sent him deep into the ground. The buildings nearby completely collapsed as a result of the impact, but surprisingly, the Pangea Castle remained standing proudly.
Nusjuro's chest had been split open as the dust settled, and the only ones left to prove a challenge was Saturn, and Warcury. I could already sense Saturn trying to make his way back, and Ju Peter and Mars were almost done healing themselves. It also didn't help that Borusalino was on his way to me, I really didn't want to fight all five of them. It was really annoying, and I was slowly getting curious as to the identity of this mysterious presence that had been keeping an eye on me the entire time.
