The kiss this time is frantic, desperate. There's no hesitation, no pause—just the raw need to feel her, to claim her. Her lips part beneath mine, and I deepen the kiss, not giving her a second to second-guess this. I'm not letting her change her mind. Not now. Not ever.

She's so small compared to me, and it's maddening. I can't help but feel the need to take control, to hold her, to keep her close. I slide my hands down to her thighs, gripping her firmly as I scoop her up without breaking the kiss.

Her gasp against my lips sends a jolt of electricity straight through me, and I take a step toward the wall, pressing her back against the cool surface. Now, this is perfect. I can feel her completely, every curve, every soft press of her body against mine.
