I turned to get in the truck but Zain's hand yanked my arm away, pressing me into him and I felt his wolf's dominant emotions- a wild feral one of desperation.

I began to Panic, these were the feelings I had felt Dan the night he almost took me as his... crazed.

"You're not going anywhere!" His beast growled out to me, the wolf now in charge as his teeth pierced my flesh remarking me.

Conrad raced towards us, jerking Zain away from me and holding him as he thrashed. Conrad's fierce gaze on mine as I shook in fear and pleasure.

"Get in and lock the doors! Now!" He growled and with the speed of lightening I did just as he said, watching from inside the truck as Zain sniffed the air, his wild gleaming eyes landing on mine.. outrage.. fury.

His mind was realizing Dan's scent had made its way to his nose.
