"Yes, father. I heard that both Diaz Company and Dawn Peach Company have some projects. I want to fight for them," Luciana said with an evil glint.

"That's good but you shouldn't aim so higher so that when you fall, you won't fall so miserably," Mr Adams said with a hint of concern in his eyes.

He knew that since his late wife's children were back, Luciana had an ambition to prove to them that she was worth something. Even without them, the Adams will still climb the social ladder. But he was afraid that Luciana would push herself too much and wouldn't give herself time to rest and might end up making a mistake and become miserable. He, as her father and as the company's president, didn't want to see such a thing happening as it would bring shame to them and also be humiliated in the process.
