Capítulo 124: ASSURANCE

The minute I reopened my eyes, I was inside an unfamiliar place. The vast room was pleasantly appealing in the eye and very serene, but not enough to calm my storming system as I once again remembered what occurred before I laid unconscious in miraculous slumber. 

All the pain returned inside my heart as my mind vividly recollected my sudden encounter with Gabriel. I don't know how exactly it happened and why he was still here in Nice, not after Raphael's confirmation that he went back to New York, but I have a huge feeling that this wouldn't be the last time I will be seeing him and this gravely bothers me. 

I relocated to this place to finally remove myself from my past's conflict, but it seems it had managed to follow me and was now disturbing me all over again. I don't know what to do with myself anymore. I am running out of options on what I must do to stop my past from haunting me.
