Capítulo 123: COMEUPPANCE

"Leave, I say! There's no sense of you being here!" I stood on my ground as my body trembled with unrelenting anger towards him. 

This was the day where I never wished to come to the past. The day where I would be facing the shadow I left behind and hearing his pleas. How much I wanted to harden myself and stick to living the life I had chosen for me, there would still be a part inside of me aching at the sight of him and hearing his concerns. 

I never thought I would still be experiencing such a weakness now that he was right ahead of me. All along, with the help of Raphael, I thought I was done with my past and surpassed it. But I was wrong. Now I am of utmost certainty that there will never come a time where this shadow will leave me in peace and I will forever be in bondage of my past. However I try to recourse my life, whichever way I take to redo my living, the stain and dark clouds of my yesteryears will unendingly grab a hold of me and pull me back.
