Robin takes a shaky breath, her fingers clutching the mug. "I missed you," she admits, her voice barely above a whisper.
Ramsey's heart clenches at her words, and he pulls her even closer. "I missed you too." He says through a croaky voice.
They sit in silence for a few moments, the only sound the crackling of the fire and the occasional sniffle from Robin. Ramsey holds her, his presence a comforting anchor in the midst of her turmoil.
Eventually, Robin lifts her head, her eyes meeting Ramsey's. "What happens now?" she asks, her voice small.
Ramsey reaches up, gently brushing a stray lock of hair from her face.
"Now, you rest. You've been through hell, and you deserve to take some time to heal."
Robin nods, her gaze dropping to her mug. "I'm just...I'm so tired, Ramsey."
"I know," Ramsey murmurs, his thumb tracing gentle circles on her arm. "Why don't you finish your tea, and then you can get some rest?"
