Arthur was leaning on the car, staring emptily at the rows of cars parked in the basement parking lot.

Usually, he would spend his time waiting in the office's canteen to have lunch, play games on his phone, or simply do a little exercise to ensure that his body was in tip-top condition to protect his Madam at all times.

Arthur played with an antique match in his hand after burning a cigarette. The smoke coming from his mouth and nose hovered above him. 

He rarely smoked at work, mostly because smoking calms your nerves, and he couldn't afford to relax when his beloved Madam might be in danger anytime.

Madam Winter was like pure snow for Arthur. She was beautiful, and soft, yet cold at the same time. 

Madam could be cunning, but she mostly showed her compassion around Arthur.
