Marissa stood rooted to the spot when Nina approached her kids with an uncertain smile. All fresh after her shower and in a new pair of clothes, Marissa could see how her body was shivering, but she thought not to mention it.

Nina kneeled slowly and extended her hand to shake it with Abi, "Hello, little one," she said softly trying to control her quivering lips.

With a smile, Abi was quick to hold her hand and shake it vigorously making Nina and Marissa chuckle.

Nina then turned to Ariel and was taken aback by her face, "She is…" she twisted her neck a little to look over her shoulder, "she is just like…"

"Yeah. I know," Marissa nodded, agreeing with her. She was aware of who Nina was referring to. But right now, she wasn't in the mood to tell her kids about her manipulative sister. 

Nina at last eyed Alex and Marissa could see how her eyes were wide while observing his face, "Perfect replica of your father!"
