Valerie wasn't paying attention to Nina. Nor she was paying attention to the boy walking ahead. She felt as if she might fall when she saw who was following the little girls.

Wearing a classy black dress, her arm hooked through Rafael's, Marissa was walking with a proud grin on her face.

The little girls were wearing exactly the same dresses as their mom except they had full sleeves, and Marissa's dress was sleeveless.

The clapping and cheering were deafening, and she was waving at the guests with a warm smile. Rafael was also grinning from ear to ear.

Valerie felt her face heating up when she saw Marissa saying something in Rafael's ear. He also bent his head to listen to her wholeheartedly and then kissed her cheek.

Sophia slowly turned her head and found Nina and Valerie standing there like two pieces of rock, not able to move.
