Capítulo 51: .
Neptune was quite used to blood. She had never been at the top of the planet food chain - it had always been Sun - and so, she had ended up at the dead bottom ever since Pluto - Phae now - left. It would have been bearable if Ure (her nickname for Uranus) was still here, but he wasn't, since he had transferred to being Venus's lackey over his own blood. Even if the other planets treated her like and equal at every social gathering, Neptune knew very well what her place was, and acted like it.
And now, she was all alone.
Neptune sighed and threw her thoughts out of her head. The Sun had mysteriously called her here, to 'clean up a mess', and when it came to anything related to the Sun, it was better to get it done and get out.
Now, she was back in the castle. She had thought the foyer was bad - it was - but the actual castle wasn't much better. The bricks were old and worn, with cracks and moss creeping in lazy designs. As far as cleanliness went, this place also seemed to have given it the same treatment as the bricks - a few places were almost spotless, while some caused minor dust storms at every step Neptune took.
Nice.
Neptune sighed and walked faster through the cleanest part of the castle. Luckily, she was never asked to clean it - which was probably why the castle looked the way it did, but that wasn't her problem.
Finally, the stepped corridor ended into a large room with oak doors that were opened at a sharp 90-degree angle. Neptune peered in, barely caring what scene met her eyes since she pretty much already knew it was going to be bad.
There was a familiar body on the floor, mangled and bleeding but still recognizable. Bright teal hair and sandy skin, along with shiny onyx eyes.
Saturn.
Neptune felt her breath run out of her.
