Escribe una reseñaWarning: Don't read this if criticism offends you easily. I’m not trying to offend, but I will be honest and blunt with my opinion of the story so far. I expected more from the top of the collections rank. The story is dull confusing and feels like a lot of filler for no payoff. Yes, it’s early in the story, but I only enjoyed about 3 of the 48 chapters. The growth of MC’s stats is like watching paint dry because it doesn’t feel like any effort, and it drags on without enough explanation and description. Everything is madness this madness that blank here blank there. It’s supposed to evoke mystery, but it is confusing and feels like unnecessary BS. I couldn’t develop a stake in the character. He’s not developed enough, and what’s there doesn't blend well enough. I kept thinking the teased city building would be better, but at this point, I don’t know. Lastly, there’s some unengaging element in the writing style itself. Sorry, I don’t have time right now to analyze it to clarify specifically what it is. Here is the positive side: The author has a larger plan and a proven track record of commitment with regular releases. There are also signs of high effort. The story needs just needs to get there. Maybe also a better starting point.
Just like all of Awespec's works pure gold this is his take on litrpg. check list: cool abilities, interesting gear, pending apocalypse, high IQ character, interesting twists, unique way to power-up.
This novel stands out as a remarkable example of the genre, offering readers a richly woven tapestry of imaginative world-building, intricate character design, and exceptional writing. From the very first page, it becomes clear that the author has invested great care in crafting a universe that feels both expansive and intimate, filled with unique cultures, landscapes, and lore. The protagonist is a brilliant and highly intelligent character whose actions and decisions are consistently portrayed with depth and realism. The author's ability to depict such a character convincingly is commendable, as it is not an easy feat to write someone who is genuinely smarter than most of those around them. This intelligent portrayal adds a layer of sophistication to the narrative, making it both engaging and thought-provoking. Character development is another highlight of this book. Each character, from the main cast to the supporting roles, is well-rounded and compelling. Their individual arcs are interwoven seamlessly with the plot, resulting in a story that feels organic and dynamic. The relationships and interactions between characters are particularly well-done, adding emotional depth and authenticity to the story. The world-building in this novel is nothing short of spectacular. The author has created a setting that is both fantastical and believable, with detailed descriptions that bring every scene to life. The magic system, political structures, and cultural elements are all carefully thought out, providing a rich backdrop against which the story unfolds. This level of detail enhances the immersion, making the reader feel like a part of this extraordinary world. The writing style is another strength of the book. The prose is eloquent and evocative, striking a perfect balance between descriptive richness and narrative drive. The pacing is well-judged, with a blend of action, suspense, and quieter, character-driven moments. This ensures that the story remains engaging throughout, keeping the reader hooked from beginning to end. In summary, this novel is a triumph of storytelling, combining exceptional world-building, intelligent character design, and beautiful writing. It is a must-read for fans of the genre, offering a reading experience that is both intellectually stimulating and deeply satisfying. The author has truly excelled in creating a book that stands out in the crowded fantasy landscape.
Just the fact that it's awes book makes me give 5 stars to it cause hands down his previous books haven't disappointed and I have high expectations and for sure know he gonna cook in this one as well, keep it up awe!!
For first time readers of the author's work, I would rate this a solid 4/5 stars It is one of the better written novels on this platform, and if you like the mana/dimensional apocalypse genre, with systems, loot, etc. you'll probably like this. However, anyone with any familiarity with the author will quickly realize that GA has nothing fresh to offer them. The bones of this story read like a remix of Dimensional Descent. We are once again placed in future Earth, under threat by transcendent forces which seek to transform it in disastrous ways. Again, the people of earth are given a way out through newly awakened powers. Both Sylas and Leonel have mysterious, noble backgrounds connecting them to the incoming mana/dimensional apocalypse. In both stories, all the factions (including government) aware of the peril Earth is in do nothing to prepare the ignorant masses for it. Both protagonists are described as underachieving geniuses, leading lives they find unfulfilling in one way or another, until they get shaken out of their malaise by the apocalypse. From the childhood sweetheart, to the romantically challenged protagonist, I can't help but be shocked on how similar the setups are in GA and DD. The best way to put it is that the sprinkles are different, but the cake is the same. Ultimately, if I had to predict this, against all odds, with the deck repeatedly stacked against him, surrounded by powerful factions that either want him dead or under their thumb, Sylas/Leonel will solo the universe with the help of their childhood sweetheart. If you want to explore the new mystery boxes and power sets the author came up with be my guest. But imho, 280+ ch deep, I'm dropping it. I don't need to wait till chap 4000.
Reading this is giving me headaches. It was okay at first. But now the information overload is too much (300+ chp). Your writing is stuck. U spent way too much time in unnecessary story development. I was forced to skip chapters cause it stopped making sense. Your story telling is all over the place. Fix your character levelling. It might make sense in your head but to me it's convoluted. Break your chapters into volumes and arcs. Rewrite this novel. It has potential. Ok byee Good luck.
I have read multiple of Awespecs books and they have awesome quality in writing. I would have to say that this one I think will outshine all the others in due time. Commented when there were only 14 chapters.
This is Awespec’s latest work so as you can expect it’s pretty darn good. The World building is solid and the character design and explanations make you feel like there really people who have lived real lives. The story is interesting and the plots is something new to me. I’m very interested in where this will go.
Nice story, reminded me of "The Oracle Paths" (one of my favorites, sadly author rarely updates). I just hope this won't be like that and just like DD and GAB we get to experience a lot of new and interesting things.
The book is truly amazing. The story is pretty interesting, mc is logical and not naive. So far so good. I recommend tp try this book, you won't regret it!
Awespec is back with another amazing world. The main character has many layers, and the world being built is intriguing and full of promise. We learn about the world as the MC learns about it, keeping you locked in and focused, wanting more with every new detail. There are hints of this being a story of self-discovery for the MC, meaning there is room for character growth, and this won't be your standard MC. Really excited to see where the story goes!!
awespec's works always have incredible world building, especially in comparrisson to other wirks on here. characters are great. It also wouldn't be an awespec novel without minor spelling mistakes spattered around, but it doesn't affect readability
This is pretty solid work so far. The detailing is great but also not overwhelming like others. The main character seems like he will have a good arch and I’m excited to see what’s in store.
Overall a good read, Author seems established and capable, story is interesting and well thought out. MC is powerful but in a sustainable interesting way that still allows for struggle and plot to not be bulldozed by power creep. all in all a good book to read. also the Cover art is Hot AF
I've currently read all available chapters (67) and I have to say, it has been a while since a system story managed to get me this hooked. First, an MC that's intelligent, yet not fully emotionally stunted is something I absolutely love. Next, the power system itself is understandable and has more facets to be uncovered. And lastly, based on MC's character there doesn't seem to be a chance of a harem happening (PRAISE GOD!). All in all, a wonderful world to sink into imo. More power to you Author!

What’s up everybody, Patriarch of the Awe Sect here 🫡🫡 I feel like I improve every time I write a new book and GA is my sixth project now, so you can expect good things. I said it before, but I certainly believe it’s the best I’ve ever written This novel was inspired by novels like Super Gene and The Lord’s Empire, taking tidbits from them that I liked and expanding them in the Spec Universe way. The system is fleshed out and unique, there will be intriguing mystery and spine tingling twists, and while this story will have kingdom building elements, it’s first and foremost an action adventure with such things merely being a backdrop. Sylas, our main character, is sharp and focused, but he isn’t stoic to the point of be unsociable or cold. He has a lot to learn, but much like with my other mcs, he’ll eventually rise to the top. Collecting Genes, breaking stat and gene limits, alien invasions and ancient civilizations… add on a sprinkle of mono-romance and you have GA. I’m looking forward to writing Sylas’ story!!
