Capítulo 64: CHAPTER 64 - Changes

Following the doctor, Peter walked through a hall way that thrived with the busy activities of the nurses. A hospital was a place that was very much known to be filled with the atmosphere of urgency.

Peter also could sense the nervousness in the hearts of the various nurses as they sometimes stopped to greet and seek the council of the doctor that was accompanying Peter. At that moment, Peter felt a sense of respect towards the doctor who patiently listened to the complaints and provided quick answers.

As he and the doctor arrived at the end of the hallway, they came upon a wide lounge which was more or less empty save for the presence of two men and a woman dressed in business suits. These trio were busy discussing among themselves, when the woman raised up her eyes and saw Peter and the doctor.

Following her cue, the two men also shifted their gazes to Peter and the doctor. Initially, they had all met the doctor when they came earlier.
